From our initial appointment, to the final touches on my…read morehardsscaping, my experience with Titan Pavers has been nothing short of exceptional. 1) The proposal phase - Max was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and came at our appointed time to evaluate the scope of the work. I was looking to install pavers over ~1500 sq feet in my back and side yard, with planting areas and an artificial turf corner for my dogs to do their business. Max immediately took note of the drainage issues that I had on my property and came up with a very technically sound plan of installing a sump pump and draining the water onto the street. I was fearful of the cost as it sounded like a lot of labor involved (and it was!), but I was pleasantly surprised that his quote was in-line with the other quotes I received that did not have a drainage plan. After a couple of very professional and kind email exchanges back and forth, we were able to negotiate a final price that I was happy with without compromising the look I was going for. 2) Work phase - Max estimated that the work would take 2 weeks, and they completed it in 1.5 weeks. What a crew he had! They were amazingly efficient and professional. They had to manually haul away 4 full containers of dirt to get my property at the right drainage levels. Max came every day to check on progress, and his onsite foreman was there the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! I was so impressed with the amount of coordination the team had. The last thing to be done was to install the tiles that I bought for the stair risers. They ended up being a bit too large and each one had to be cut down to size. It was very labor intensive, but Max was okay with it because his motto during the entire time was "I want you to be completely happy with the result". And I totally was. My yard is gorgeous with the "Spanish courtyard" feel that I was going for! 3) The aftermath - We had a full day of rain this past week in our area and it was a great way to see how the drainage worked. We used to have puddles form all over our property after a rainy day (mosquito heaven!), but now my entire yard properly drains out to the street. No more puddles. No more overflow water rushing into my back neighbor's yard. It was perfect. I am looking forward to working with Titan Pavers again once it's time for me to repave my driveway. I recommend them 100%!
