From our initial appointment, to the final touches on my hardsscaping, my experience with Titan Pavers has been nothing short of exceptional. 1) The proposal phase - Max was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and came at our appointed time to evaluate the scope of the work. I was looking to install pavers over ~1500 sq feet in my back and side yard, with planting areas and an artificial turf corner for my dogs to do their business. Max immediately took note of the drainage issues that I had on my property and came up with a very technically sound plan of installing a sump pump and draining the water onto the street. I was fearful of the cost as it sounded like a lot of labor involved (and it was!), but I was pleasantly surprised that his quote was in-line with the other quotes I received that did not have a drainage plan. After a couple of very professional and kind email exchanges back and forth, we were able to negotiate a final price that I was happy with without compromising the look I was going for. 2) Work phase - Max estimated that the work would take 2 weeks, and they completed it in 1.5 weeks. What a crew he had! They were amazingly efficient and professional. They had to manually haul away 4 full containers of dirt to get my property at the right drainage levels. Max came every day to check on progress, and his onsite foreman was there the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! I was so impressed with the amount of coordination the team had. The last thing to be done was to install the tiles that I bought for the stair risers. They ended up being a bit too large and each one had to be cut down to size. It was very labor intensive, but Max was okay with it because his motto during the entire time was "I want you to be completely happy with the result". And I totally was. My yard is gorgeous with the "Spanish courtyard" feel that I was going for! 3) The aftermath - We had a full day of rain this past week in our area and it was a great way to see how the drainage worked. We used to have puddles form all over our property after a rainy day (mosquito heaven!), but now my entire yard properly drains out to the street. No more puddles. No more overflow water rushing into my back neighbor's yard. It was perfect. I am looking forward to working with Titan Pavers again once it's time for me to repave my driveway. Joe and the Titan Pavers team did a large paver installation project for us, including updating our existing paver layout, adding new pavers, building a paver block wall, installing lighting, and adding a water drain line, French drain, and other drainage work. They also handled paver repairs along the way and made sure the finished work met our standards. Joe is a real pro, very communicative throughout the project, and even called to check in on days when he was not on site with his team. What I appreciated most was that their biggest concern was making sure we were happy with the project and keeping the customer first, which is very hard to find these days. Our experience with Titan Pavers was excellent. They were responsive, fair, and professional from the proposals through the entire construction phase. Mark Hernandez, the supervisor, and his team were great to work with. Mark was flexible and fair when project changes arose and he didn't nickel and dime the budget. The quality of their paver and block wall work was great. Only negative feedback is they didn't use waterproof electrical connectors for block wall lighting. Installation happened about a year ago and it's still holding up great. Great after market service, too and had no problem contacting them recently and having them come back out a to address a couple of a minor issue where a paver pulled up slightly over time. Estimates were the highest, and I mean HIGH for the same materials and labor as compared to other more reputable companies. What a great company! I hired Titan to complete a 2400 sq ft paver job on a parking lot and driveway of an apartment building. They did not disappoint. I met with multiple companies and when Mark arrived he knew exactly what was needed. Titan is the real deal. They have literally have perfected the installation of pavers down to a science. Every day the project manager Mark was there overseeing every phase of the job from demo to sand. Each crew member worked together to bring this beautiful project to life. I have so many good looking drains there are too many to count. :-) The milestone payment schedule was fair and easy to follow. Unlike other companies who expect too much money up front with little work being completed. Not Titan. They even fixed a chipped area in the walkway and cleaned up the job site so well when it was done. My job was completed in 4 days. Yes, 4 days the other companies told me two weeks. This is a combo review for both Stanton Pools and Titan Pavers. Around Labor Day 2023 my pool started losing 2" of water per day. It hadn't been redone since 1995 (a little while after Northridge) and was definitely overdue for a remodel. Eric came by, reviewed the state of the pool, discussed remodeling options and came back a few days later with a DETAILED quote/schedule for every thing that was going to be remodeled. I also wanted to get the deck and my dead lawn replaced. Eric recommended Titan Pavers and said that Stanton did a lot of joint projects with Titan. Max from Titan came by, reviewed the deck and lawn remodeling options and also came back with a DETAILED quote/schedule a few days later. I have DETAILED in caps because the other 3 places I got quotes from wrote a VERY large number on a piece of paper with NO line items/schedule and said "Let's Go". Both Eric from Stanton and Max the owner of Titan have excellent communication skills between each other and the customer. They are very good at coordinating the various steps of remodeling so that things proceed in a timely manner. Both Eric and Max communicated when they found issues during the remodeling (I was expecting the unexpected to pop up due to the age of the pool) and gave me various options/prices for resolving them. My remodeling job took about 2 months from the demo of the entire yard to the filling of the pool. The work and the price for the pool remodeling, pavers and putting green are excellent and I'm highly satisfied with both companies. Give Stanton and Titan Pavers a call.
