He and his staff are so wonderful! They have been very friendly, always answer my questions, and provide prompt responses to any inquiries/needs. If you want to be hassled about your claim, have the adjuster lie to you, force estimators to change their estimates after the fact, then by all means use them. After nearly 20 years without a claim, they've treated me like dirt. Save yourself and avoid State Farm at all costs, unless you really want to get lawyers involved to fight your claim. read more

I've been using State farm for 20 years now! When I moved to San Diego 12 years ago I found Mike Morrells office and I've been with them ever since. I have my autos, home, boat, jewelry, and life insurance with them. It's nice to have all your policies in one place that have great rates. The staff has always been very friendly and Mike is usually always available if you want to talk directly with him. Getting quotes for adding polices has as been very easy! We actually even have a car loan through them as well. When I had switched jobs other banks gave me a hard time about showing income at my new job. They were able to approve the loan for the full amount with no problems. When we've had accidents or cracked windshield get the claim taken care of fast was painless. I am a loan processor for a mortgage company. We needed a policy fast to close our loan on time and our borrower hadn't reached out for a quote yet but Mike was on top of it! He immediately reached out to the borrower to discuss coverage amounts to be sure she had ample coverage should something go wrong. Mike Morrell has been my insurance agent for years - for a reason. He is not only good at what he does, but he treats his clients with an amazing personal touch. I have a disability where I can no longer walk and so I use a scooter and to transport my scooter I have a motorized lift attached to the back of my cross over vehicle. I was recently involved in an accident that pushed the scooter lift up and into the back of my vehicle. While the scooter survived, the lift was damaged beyond repair and the back of my car while drive able had significant damage. Obviously I needed help. Without my vehicle and a way to transport my scooter, I am stranded - can't get to work, can't shuttle my kids, can't run errands - things many people probably take for granted. Rather than call the State Farm claim number, I called Mike directly. Recognizing the impact the accident was having on me, he drove to my house within minutes of my call. He helped me clean up the back of my vehicle, he immediately started my claim process by phone and loaded my scooter into his SUV. From there he followed me to the disability center that installed my scooter lift to have the lift assessed for damage and removed. While we were waiting he starting calling around car rental agencies to see who had the best deal for vehicles that could accommodate my scooter. From there he followed me to the collision center to drop off my vehicle where he went directly to management to see if the process could expedited in any way. He unloaded my scooter and had it waiting for me so that I could go into the collision center office and complete the paperwork. While I was in the office, he transferred all of my personal property from my vehicle to his SUV. From there, he loaded up both me and my scooter and drove me to the car rental agency where he unloaded my scooter and went into the office with me. He helped me assess three vehicles to see what would be the best temporary fit for me and when I found a vehicle that worked, he loaded my scooter and all of my personal property in the rental. All together we spent about 3 hours together with Mike making sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. Now if that is not amazing service that goes above and beyond the call of duty, I don't know what is. Thank you Mike!! read more

I have been a loyal and always satisfied customer of State Farm Insurannce since I bought my first car over 10 years ago. My family has been insured with Mike Morrell's office for much longer. I recently had a very bad accident and totaled my car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with State Farm and all of the agents at this office in PB. They were kind and helpful and I received my paperwork for filing my claim in an overnight fedex so that as soon as I returned it to them, they had already issued my check for the difference in the value of the car within a matter of days!
