We received a reasonably priced quote the following day. Three days later our pool and spa were in working condition. I asked him to install a couple new jets, two blew out the first time I used my jets. Then I found a leak inside my motor storage area and called him to come repair it. He flat out refused to come to my home to even look at it! He said my jacuzzi was too old I should get a new one. Really because of a leaky hose? I'd much rather spend $1000 for a repair than spend $14k for a new one. Then on top of it he lied to T. Oki trading and said I thought the repair was gonna be too costly I called my handyman who happily came over and saw the problem. He went to HH for a piece of hose and repaired it minutes for $50. I'm still happily using the same 25 year old unit daily. Jacuzzi is awesome if you can find a decent repair person.

He convinced us to pay to drain the pool, pay for sandblasting, and start over with him. Then, in 8 months of service our pool still turned green multiple times. He defended that saying "Pool Go green every now and again, it happens. No matter who you hire". I was born and raised in Kailua and have never heard of pools going green multiple times in less than 8 months. Our pool has also often had large amounts of sediment and floating debris in that time and has not looked clean. Multiple weeks no one even showed up or contacted us that they had to reschedule etc. but Nick feels that is no reason to not pay for service. When we brought up our issues, he realized he hadn't billed us and threatened to take us to small claims court less than a week after providing the invoice. We have dogs and children and the pool gate was left open multiple times. they used our shock and chlorine and still charged us for materials. We do not recommend this company.

He and his guys are super reliable and they just take care of what they need to, monitor everything with the pool and the system and if or when you have a problem that could potentially be serious he goes the extra mile to get it diagnosed and fixed. Unfortunately we lost one pool guy who gave up on the economics of running a business and living in Hawai'i but unless Jared follows that path too I want him taking care of our pool.
