I took all the responsibility for color matching. I also removed hardware from the hood and door, including handle, mirror, etc. Mike looked at the job and gave me a quote, in which I agreed without question. The job did not turn out well, painting of the door was not complete, a top section was not painted due to a partially removed molding which they did not remove. Hood had bad edges in which the paint was flaking, final sanding and polishing of the hood was horrible, you could see all the sanding marks. I brought the door and hood back and Mike and he agreed to redo it. I thought that all was good at this time, this all changed when I picked up the parts the following week. Mike removed the trim on the door as he should have done it the first time, but he did not reinstall it as he should, claiming that he is not a "restoration shop" and he does not like to take in business with people that watch YouTube. He then continued with a total melt down and I left the shop feeling confused. I never forced him to take this simple job, I did not tell him how much I wanted to pay and I did not expect to be yelled at by a lunatic when I returned to pick up my parts. So, if you are looking for a professional paint shop and expect to be treated fairly, this is not the place for you. In my opinion, maybe after 40 years of painting, Mike just inhaled way too much paint fumes. I can go on, but you get the picture...

Couldn't be happier, frankly. Jake is extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, and does a very thorough and professional job. The overall cost and price was very fair and reasonable, imo. We'll definitely be back for other projects and look forward to the next one.

Did not go for the real dark stuff. Went with a 30% tint and it looks elegant. The plan was to leave the car there and get a ride there and back but my ride fell through. They graciously offered to drop me off at a coffee shop so I could continue working. I took them up on the offer. They also picked me up when the car was finished. The result was great. UV protection. Heat reduction. Aesthetic improvement. Tge experience was great. Professional, courteous, quality workmanship and materials. Kudos.

Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!

You will NEVER receive a text from Billy, or an email, nor be required to use an app. You WILL receive a phone call and/or voicemail.
