The workmanship is great. Tgeyvordeted me new door but the glass was broken, then another glitch. Ended up it took alMost 4 weeks to have my car back. The staff removed things from my interior and the trunk for work which is perfectly fine. Ended up the cell phone stand is missing and the ice chest was placed back in the trunk with the opening facing inside. The problem is that the ice chest is big and I could not turn it back without another person helping me. Planning to buy the same phone stand but out of stock and it looks like being discontinued. :( read more

I really wish I could leave a more detailed review. I have a dent in one of my cars, and I was going to stop in to get a quote. I was really excited about this place because I can get a paintless dent removed. I would have liked a detail on all my cars, dent removed on one, and my buddy is also looking for a great collision paint shop, so we saw this and decided to stop in. I pulled into the parking lot and what I assume was an employee started saying something, and waving his arms telling us we can't be here. Guess you just lost a 3 car family possible customer with possible leads to more customers. We turned around immediately and left. You literally chased away business. He was helpful and honest to let me know my Mercedes did not need any paint job. Instead, he used some kind of solvent to wipe off what I thought was scratches on the side of my car due to a minor accident. Ultimate Paint Shop II lacks in quality & performance. The general manager, JR, is a well-rounded guy with excellent communication but fails to deliver on time. My Tesla Model 3 was involved in a rear-end accident, and the nearby Tesla service center recommended this body shop. The whole process started smoothly, but towards the end, the manager kept delaying my pickup date. It seems like there's always something wrong with my vehicle that they keep asking for more time. Usually, I'm okay with this, but during the day I picked up my Model 3, I could tell that they rushed everything. They damaged my white seat, misaligned my rear trunk, the subwoofer was not working correctly, left dirty stains all over my interior, and door seals not installed correctly. JR asked for a chance to fix everything in which I did, but it took three visits to get almost everything fixed. The ONLY thing left is the misaligned trunk, but I no longer wish to do business with them. They need to get things done right the first time, not the third or fourth. read more

JR earned my future business when I stopped by to get an estimate for a repair to my front bumper after (somewhat gently) running into our garage...twice. I had already gotten a quote for about $750 from another local shop. JR explained that I could replace some parts for 2-3K to have it looking "perfect" again, or could do a more low-key fix. When I explained that I did not need perfection, he brought out some solvent to get the white garage paint off of my silver car, and then told me where to find touch-up paint online. He went so far as to show me how to find the paint color (a label inside of the car door) and explain how to best use it once I get it. All of that for no charge, and when I swung by on a Fri afternoon while running errands. (I had left a message earlier in the week to make an estimate appt and had not heard back). I had my Range Rover fixed at this place few months ago and wanted to share my experience. I had an extensive damage on my car. J R was the most patient, professional and courteous while our car was repaired. He gave us all the explanation how and what will be done to our car. Work was finished in time. When we picked up the car we where amazed how it was fixed. The paint job was excellent. The color on my car was very specific and very hard to match. But I couldn't tell the difference. I was honestly amazed. He fixed few previous dents and scratches without us asking to do so at no extra charge. I honestly felt that my car looked exactly the same when I brought it, after the repair. We have previous not very good experiences with other body shops. But the professionalism and quality of work at this body shop is unbelievable. Not even the smallest detail was overlooked. Backing out of my garage my fender rubbed off some paint. I took it to JR for an estimate and he has me pull in and puts a chemical in a rag and buffs off the unsightly garage paint that I could not get off at the car wash. No charge. I still had a small dent but with the paint from the garage removed you really can't tell. After going through the quote process I decided I would wait for that fix, but I'm not embarrassed to drive round now thanks to JRs kindness. read more

We recently had someone back into the right front or our A4. Of course, some of the hood, front right quarter panel, headlight and bumper were damaged. I expressly informed the insurance adjuster that only Audi parts be used for repair. My wife was on the ball, she called our Audi dealer and they mentioned the quality of work by Ultimate Paint Shop was great. So, that's were we had the car towed. Of course, once in the shop the insurance person handling the issue was not agreeing with Audi parts. J.R. Romero, General Manager of Ultimate went to bat for us and pretty much demanded Audi parts. I am really impressed with their friendly customer service. Although I didn't have any work done, I would highly recommend stopping in for a quote. I stopped in for a quote to fix rust spots on front fenders. J.R. recommended I research corrosion issues on the car manufacturers website, since this is a well-known issue with my vehicle. Said that based on my findings, I might be able to have a dealer replace both fenders at no cost to me. He then did a walk-around of my vehicle and noticed that I had "brushed" my one rear fenders against the garage, which left paint on my car. I said I was going to work on buffing that out this weekend. He said he had solvent that would take care of it. He came back with both a buffing compound and the solvent and removed the garage paint for me in less than 5 mins. I was very appreciative that J.R. took the time to help me out. Really made my day! If I find that the dealer cannot correct my corrosion issue, I will be back at their shop to get the work done. read more

The cars they have worked on in their showroom are definitely VERY high end...and I was a little intimidated to go with them, thought they might want to push me to the side...but State Farm said they approved of them and that I wouldn't need to get a second estimate...so I went with them. I cannot recommend Ultimate Paint Shop II enough. These guys are the best. It is never fun to have to get work done of a cometic nature to your car but these guys made the experience a true pleasure. I had to have some paintwork done on my 911 and was given the recommendation directly from Porsche to have my car brought to Ultimate. Once JR and his team got ahold of my car they went to work and when I picked it up it looked better than it did when I brought it in. They went the extra mile to fix things out of the project scope to make sure my car was both protected and looking its best. I was so happy with their work I wanted to have my headliner touched up and they went the extra mile to get everything as it would have been directly from the factory. My car looks brand new! They even detailed the interior for me. When I picked her up yesterday I felt a bit bad that I would not be in contact with the guys as much kind of like an old friend moving away. I know it sounds a bit much but tI truly felt like they treated my car as though it was their own and this made me feel at ease the entire time knowing that the car was in good hands. If in the future I need work on my cars ai know where to bring them and would recommend to anyone that they do the same. If I lived in Hawaii I would ship them here for work to be done. This was my third time getting my car repaired at Ultimate. I live 45 minutes away but they are the only certified Audi repair near me. This repair was seemingly easy, rear bumper replacement. But once JR got in to see the actual damage, there was more than the insurance estimate planned on. JR was diligent working with the Ins. co. to get the extra funds. Due to the age of my car, I went with after market parts. However, once they arrived, they didn't fit properly, so JR went back again to the ins. co. to get more money and was able to convince them to get actual Audi parts this time. While the ins. co. was slow in all replies (we feel due to COVID), JR kept me in the loop and also kept contact with the rental company about the extensions. I finally got my car back and my 2012 car looked like it had just come off the assembly line. The entire car had been waxed to a brilliant shine and the inside had been detailed to perfection. Once again, they merited the long drive to make sure my repair was done the best possible. So, while my repair took a bit longer, I do feel it was OK because the final result is amazing. read more
