Billy will provide you a cost estimate on the spot and a ballpark on turn time, he scribbles your name and number down on a pad of paper, takes your car keys and that's it. You will NEVER receive a text from Billy, or an email, nor be required to use an app. You WILL receive a phone call and/or voicemail. Really good experience with Billy's garage. My Mazda was rattling something fierce and Chris diagnosed it on the spot even though they were booked for the day. I had a big trip coming up that weekend and needed to know if the car was safe to drive - ultimately, with Chris' guidance i decided it was probably best not to drive any long distances. The wait time to get it fixed was about 2 weeks. The control arm and some plastic pins in the rear of the car needed to be replaced. I've been using them for a couple of years and this review is long overdue. Billy and Chris are fantastic. The work they do is incredible quality, and their responsiveness is top-notch. They maintain my car, have installed tires, replaced an awful manifold, and provide incredible value. This independent garage, earned my trust the very first day. I hesitate to review it, because they're already busy. They're always my first call. You will not find better or more talented people. They know their stuff. That's something you can trust. On top of all of it, some repairs have seemed simply underpriced. I ordered a hitch from an online retailer and they spent about an hour or more trying to make it fit, but the manufacturer did not align the holes correctly. They wouldn't let me pay. We communicated throughout the process and spent a lot of time talking about options as situations arose. Couldn't be happier. When it came time to settle up, and I rarely say this, they were "overly fair". I went there for a simple oil change, I was charged $25 extra for a filter. Didn't ask me if ok. I then called 5 placed, I thought I was crazy, every single place includes a filter. Billy and Chris really give me the impression they are really trying to build a business. I've taken my cars to thus garage a few times over the years. Today, I called early this morning to see if they were able to squeeze me in for a small job, that I didn't have the proper tools for. Audi Exchange quoted me $115 + parts. I bought the bulb at Audi to ensure I had the right bulb. I wasn't going to pay $115 to change a bulb, even though the light cover had to be removed to change the bulb. Chris was able to change it and had the special tool to carefully pop out the light cover. Took him 5 minutes and charged me $10. That's vs. $115 at Audi Exchange. These guys are honest! I was looking for a good independent auto repair and maintenance shop and was impressed by their consistent and favorable Yelp reviews. The ABS/Anti Skid system failed on my 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible and so I left it with Chris. Within a few hours, he called with a diagnosis and estimate for the repair cost. Very reasonable. He ordered the part(s) and I dropped the car off with Billy a few days later. Billy called a few hours later to let me know that it was all done. I wasn't going to be able to pick it up until the next day so I asked them to see if they could fix the non-working license plate light(s). Billy called back an hour or so later to let me know that they found and fixed two breaks in the wiring. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service, workmanship, and the cost.
