After examining the breaker box and confirming the issue wasn't in there, the journeyman and apprentice wanted over $1,000 just to investigate the issue further in a few days (no guarantee they would find the issue or fix it). I sent them away, and reached out to Zwicker Electric instead. This master electrician came out same-day, and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue for $135.
