There is an apartment upstairs that is occupied so there is 24/7 guard, along with a pass-coded gate. There is also a mobile home on site for extra staff. The barn has a tack room in which you can store your tack boxes, saddles, bridles, and a sitting area for you to just lounge around in the cool ac with a furnished kitchenette. The stables encourages clinics, schooling shows, and trainers with multiple students to rent out the facility. It sits right next to a public wooded area, perfect for trail riders and those who wish for some adventure.

One of the arenas is covered with mirrors at one end. They have enough individual paddocks for each individual horse. There is automatic water buckets and fly spray systems. Each border gets their own individual locker. There is a main hall that has a refrigerator, a dining area and a sitting area. For one rate, they will feed, hay, muck out, blanket, give dewormers, bring in and take out to paddocks. They have four dressage trainers on hand. They recently underwent a manager change. The new manager is Willette Brown. The barn owner is Lori Wubker. While they all, very obviously, care for your equine. Be sure to write out, explicitly, how you would like your horse to be treated. Otherwise they will do what they believe is best, which isn't always the case.

I have never been to this barn, but i found business cards from a trainer named Stefaine (in a feed…read morestore) who clamed to be a trainer there, and I decided to book her for a lesson. Stefanie showed up in tattered yoga pants, and a basically see through tank top. Very unprofessional. I am a male (so her attire was incredibly uncomfortable for me and my wife), and a level 2 dressage rider & have been trying to get to the next level. She started by riding my horse to "test him out." It was clear, however, that within the first 15 minutes of the lesson, that this woman was no where near as experienced as she claimed. After a very poor lesson, I researched this business better, and found there website, when there is NO Stefaine listed in their training staff. Her business card also looked different from the web site and logo. It was just a plain white card. I paid her $85 for the lesson (my mistake for not researching better !!). So IF Stefanie indeed does work here, stay away. However Anne's experience (the trainer actually on the site ) looks promising, and I will be following up directly with her. After reading the previous review, i am pretty discouraged. Will update my review after I find out more information.

We made an inquiry online and same day, Beki called us and helped us make a reservation online for the next day. The ranch was easy to find and very beautiful when you arrive. We were greeted by Hannah who was also our tour guide. She thoroughly explained how to properly ride the horse, gave us an agenda beforehand and made sure we were safe throughout the trail. She took some awesome photos of us too. Any question I asked, she answered. Hannah was very informative, kind and patient with us. Her passion for horses illuminated the tour. So glad she was our leader! The horses, May, Marigold and Willow - wonderful. They were professional and well taken care of. The horses on the ranch are super healthy and didn't give anyone problems. They are just as happy as us guests. Can't wait to come back.

The ranch itself is simple and beautiful, letting the landscape speak for itself. The staff was wonderful in helping us get comfortable with our horses. who were so gentle and sweet. Riding at golden hour was magical; the light over the reservation was breathtaking, and our guide shared thoughtful insights about the area along the way. We celebrated our anniversary here and couldn't have chosen a more memorable setting. I would absolutely visit again and can't recommend this place enough

My daughter Gia has been riding for a few years now but she has learned more with Manon in the last few months than she has in the last few years at a different barn. We drive over an hour to come here and we will keep doing it just for Manon and this amazing barn. She is not only a great trainer but her and her family are great people! My children went to horse camp here- it was $500 for the week, so $100 a day, per child. There was…read more1 adult leading the camp of 11 children ages 6-11 years old. The children learned about horse care, riding and then went swimming. The children were left alone at the pool (backyard pool inside a screened enclosure) with no adult present. When they told us on the 2nd day, my husband and I contacted the lady who ran the camp and she insisted she didn't leave them alone at the pool and she would never do that. My kids don't lie and we talked to them each individually to make sure we had the whole story before contacting her because it was unbelievable to us that children would ever be left alone at a pool. Upon pressing further, she did admit to leaving in a quad vehicle but claimed it was only for a minute and she could still see the kids from where she was- 50 yards away. We explained that we would not be bringing our children back, that their lives are precious to us and leaving them at a pool alone is wreckless. This was one of several things the kids told us happened that were alarming, by it was by far the most concerning. My 10 year old daughter had helped pull another child from the pool the day before when the adult was not paying attention tog eh kids in the pool. They refunded us $200 for each child but would not refund the 3rd day our kids were missing, despite their admitted negligence of monitoring children while swimming. On a positive note- the barn manager, Jamie, was absolutely fantastic and called right away and completely understood why we were so upset and had to make that decision. She thanked us for our kindness and for not screaming and yelling but handling the situation with professionalism. Jamie gets 5 stars. AAA Equestrian would get zero stars if I could leave them zero. Leaving children unattended at a pool and refusing to refund money paid after their negligence is unacceptable.
