Tons of high quality photos and detailed descriptions of any flaws and other observations about the car. From minor scratches, scuffs and paint chips, to the bumper being repainted at some point, electronics function, driveability/performance, component condition (brake pads need replacing, etc.), they did it all. They always seem to point the finger somewhere else. my next step will have to be legal action with also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and others and also with the state of Illinois. The manager in the parts department seem pretty nice but now I'm a little disappointed in all this not being resolved. I've trusted our 1998 Ford Ranger, 2005 Toyota Camry, 1985 Mustang GT and 1967 Chevy Nova to Matt O'connell and have recommended his shop to others. Our 2014 Toyota Rav4 will also be taken to A1 if the need arises. You can talk to the owner and he doesn't roll his eyes at you. He listens to what you have to say then gives you his thoughts without being condescending. If something comes up during the repair Matt takes the time to call, fill you in and makes sure you understand what needs to be done.
