As soon as I picked up I notice a short indication on the dashboard on a previous Mercedes this indicated a short prevent the ac engaging. The ac didn't work and subsequently brought to Mercedes specialist couldn't find the short which apparently had deliberately caused. Noticed a squeaking sound as soon as I picked up the car it got louder and when I took it to another shop they couldn't figure out how to remove the axel except to cut it with a saw. The owner of the shop only worked Mercedes for 40 years plus. Soon after (I hadn't let the car out of my site ) the differential went. Some how caustic material contaminated the oil.

This is a second trip to have bodywork on our car…read more Unfortunately !! I was on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie where there is a big main highway just before the Poughkeepsie Mall. I was in the right hand lane and a deer jumped out and hit my front passenger seat area of my car as I was driving !! This is a main hwy So the LAST thing you would expect is for Deer in this area. Well at least no one got injured but it smashed my Rt door and bumper !! Joe moved his shop to right across from Hannaford Grocery Store along Route 22. Joe had to order all the parts and painted it twice. It looks like New. Joe is an nice polite HONEST Guy who is well known and respected businessman in the community!! There was so much damage done and we were finally able to get it covered by them. Out of all the shops in the area my hubby chose this one due to their really high recommendation from our friends. We decided to give them a try and call them up for a quote for replacing some parts and doing a paint job on our car to fix some chips it had. I honestly didn't think it would look uniform, after all, there are so many shades of red out there. We were really worried about getting some crazy missmatchy stuff. We dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday it was ready. We were a little nervous to go see it and to our surprise, the paint job was IMMACULATE. Very professional, communicative and precise. Usually guys are picky with their cars but in my case, I'm probably the pickiest one with ours LOL! I did NOT think they'd be able to pull this off and give us a squeaky clean almost brand new looking car back. We do already take care of our car but they made it look even more fabulous.
