I respect & appreciate the OWNER for trying to make things right, but if this is the caliber of employee that his company hires, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. It is 1,000% UNACCEPTALBE for a service provider that has been invited into someone's home to curse at a woman. UNACCEPTABLE. The binding is perfect. Fast forward to today. We have decided to add a closet in the carpeted basement. I called Chris to ask how to cut back the carpet for the construction. He responded with written instructions and a diagram on how to pull back the carpet with no cutting and an offer to come back and reinstall it when the construction project is finished.
