I gave a $5 tip but should have checked the car first. Before I left the lot, I drove back to the vac station, went inside and asked one of the men inside to look at the carpet. He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. You could see the outline of dirt where the mat was. I will never go back there again.

The front brushes start to spray then they go back to their side position and I hear a message to pull forward and exit the car wash. I waited a minute or so but the cycle did not start. I pulled around to the office. Knocked several times. No answer. Called the number on the sign for assistance but it went to VM. I left a message detailing exactly what happened and have yet to get a reply. Terrible customer service. I've been going there for years but I'm done. I find it quite convenient and reasonable with prices ranging from $5 - $11, and one can be done in 5-10 minutes depending on the level of service without a wait. It took me 35 minutes today because of the long line of vehicles, in a non-freezing day, wanting to wash all the salt and snow off. The wash is easy to use, you pay by credit card or cash, drive in, get your wash, then drive out to a loud blower, and can then wipe or vacuum at their drying bays. I've been using this car wash for many years and have not had trouble at all. I'm giving them 3 stars for getting the job done.
