The manager said to me "I'm too busy to deal with this right now." He also said that he would issue a refund at the end of business that night and never did. In the time that it took for him to argue with me he could have made this right, but chose being right over doing the right thing. There was no apology. Only dismissal and lack of taking ownership. If you are desperate for pizza, the dollar store is cheaper, and far superior. The name fits the pizza as well as the management.
