( Did not know it was the State bird) lol Wife had a much harder choice. We didn't realize it was both a brewery AND a distillery...such a hardship.. She was so enthusiastic and a genuine joy to spend the hour with! Our tour got to go up in the treehouse and that was very neat! After the tour (and a little bit during) we tasted many beers that are not available to the general public. It's pretty obvious why this brewery is so popular - all of their beers, even the ones you may not gravitate towards (for us, dark beers) are smooth and well balanced. There are plenty of tables inside and outside and some snacky food options. They have corn hole set up as well. We also think we may have spotted Mr. Sam himself while we were there, which was an added bonus!
