I had a van towed all the way to the Southside from near the United Center. That seems excessive. The woman on the phone was nice enough and reminded "open" for me to get the van that night. The guy who gave me back the van was actually super nice and made me feel at ease, especially since I was having a bit of a breakdown with all this stress. The only thing I didn't like is that they wanted me to Venmo or Apple Pay them (no credit cards). I think I know why, but this came off really shady in the moment and took longer to get the car out because of it. Again, this is a towing company so it's not the place for happy people. However, I suppose the whole ordeal could have been way worse and they had a sliver of decent customer service. Probably my weirdest review here!

Max is amazing!!!…read more We were on our way to Chicago for a fun overnight trip, when our truck suddenly quit going down 55. Max not only towed us but then drove us to our hotel so we could enjoy our night!! What a wonderful human!!!
