After the huge salad course we had two types of fish: Gefilte, and salmon over tasty orzo. Then we had matzoh ball soup served piping hot (just the way I like it). For the entrée I had requested prime rib. It was a huge portion cooked to perfection exactly the way I requested with a very delicious savory sauce, creamy mashed potatoes and tasty green beans. I also tasted the chicken, which was really moist and delicious. My sister-in-law's vegetarian and had requested a vegetarian dish. They brought her a huge platter with beautifully grilled cauliflower steak and other tasty bites. We then had dessert which was a warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and fresh tropical fruit salad. We also got to meet the Chef, Jake.
