I made calls from NY to boarders, explaining everything and how desperate my family was because there was nobody to take her. Pablo at Arfington worked with me and took our sister's girl into their pet resort. We thankfully have a very close family friend (we only have 1!) in Florida who took Brandy there for us for her first stay out of her home ever. It's now been three weeks, my sister is in her last days of life and Brandy is thriving in this new environment, thankfully. But she still needs a new home live out her last few years. Pablo has been posting videos of Brandy on instagram for us since she needs a new home because neither my other sister or I can take her. Our hearts are broken because we are animal-lovers, but I have animals with anxiety issues and cannot bring another animal into my home and my other sister cannot have pets in her apartment.
