We ordered several different individual cakes online for pickup and while I appreciated the ease of…read moreonline ordering, I was disappointed to arrive and find out some weren't in stock. Specifically, the slice of tiramisu for the birthday boy wasn't available so in a haste, I ordered the full tiramisu in the display case. The tres leches I ordered wasn't in stock and was replaced by vanilla rolls. I read so many positive reviews, I assumed any cake should be good. Sadly, the vanilla roll was inedible. The cake part was dense and dry. It seemed like the type of cake they'd use for tres leches but of course, without the milk which made it taste really bad. The red velvet was equally dry and wasn't made with cream cheese frosting. It was bland and actually tasted like cheap ingredients. The worst part was the $30 tiramisu for birthday boy. It had the same dense and dry sponge cake and was nothing like traditional tiramisu. I was really embarrassed and we couldn't finish it. I don't write these reviews lightly but I was extremely disappointed, will not return, and will not recommend.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. There was only one person working, which I…read moreunderstand can be challenging, but the service and quality were unacceptable. I ordered a latte with 2% milk and was told they only had whole milk, which I agreed to. When I checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged $1 for oat milk, which I never requested. When I brought this up, the barista insisted on refunding me from the tip jar, which I declined. After waiting over 20 minutes for my coffee, it arrived labeled "oat milk." I asked if oat milk was used, and she confirmed that it was. She then remade the drink, which took less than 2 minutes--making the original 20-minute wait even more frustrating. Even the remade drink was terrible: no foam, no espresso flavor, and it honestly tasted like plain brewed coffee rather than a latte. Between the incorrect charge, excessive wait time, and extremely poor drink quality, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I've since heard that this shop may be closing, and based on my experience, that's probably for the best. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Reached out to this place on 10/23 for custom cookies for a baby shower, sent pics of what we wanted, got a quote ($48/dozen cookies), and wanted to place the order. After a couple of follow ups, there's still no response from this place and I no longer have custom cookies to provide at our baby shower. Really wish I hadn't wasted my time with this place. They shouldn't be in business if they can't get back to their customers in a timely manner.
