I didn't get to taste any of the boba since I had a hard time drinking it. It had more of a "pure" matcha taste and wasn't that sweet. The Brown Sugar Bobo was watery and thin as well. No comment on the teas, they were for another family member and she didn't update me on whether she liked them or not. Ambiance: It's a cute place. It was clean with some seating inside and outside. Parking: Located in a shopping plaza next to an Albertson's and Young Dong Tofu. Park by the Wells Fargo if you don't want to deal with the high traffic of people entering/leaving the plaza.

Apparently the ridiculously rude young lady working there wasn't having it. She took a couple minutes to take our order since putting in the patio furniture was more important. When she finally finished, she came to the counter with a horrible attitude asking what we wanted. My sister in law wanted a hot coffee and she refused to served it since the machine was "off" already. Then she proceeded to order a banana iced coffee (don't know the name) and again the lady refused to make it since it was one of their most "complicated" drinks to make. We ended up ordering two "quick and easy" ice drinks. We asked if she was working alone... this lady only had rude comments and answers to say (smart ass). It is unfortunate to be treated that way specially when it was my first time there. It is also very unfortunate that the Spanish Latte I ordered was delicious, BUT I will never be returning or recommending this place due to the horrible customer service. I have family in the coffee business and customer service is always a priority, not at this location. Very disappointed with whoever hired her and trained her.
