Disappointing that the biggest table can only accommodate 4 people and that once you hit 4 people, the 15% gratuitiy is automatically added to your bill. Our group of 8 had to have 2 very separate meals. Service was good, food selection was just ok. read more

Amazing! I love the Sushi. The inside is very clean and fancy. Great atmosphere. The staff is excellent they are very nice and very professional. Great value and great food. Some special unique sushi rolls that I really enjoyed. Fantastic! Must go in London! read more

This is the best Japanese Restaurant takeout I've had in London. Such a welcome edition to Northwest London restaurants. The sushi and rolls were delicious and so was the Teriyaki Beef. read more

My friends and I really liked this restaurant until today. We used to go there all the time because there was nothing like it in London. But we had a very bad experience at the restaurant today. The lettuce we ordered came in completely dry by the first time. But we are fine with it cause maybe they already washed it until I saw a small fly and a dark spot on a piece of lettuce. But we just asked the waiter to bring it down for a change and wash the lettuce. After a new plate of lettuce arrived, we spotted a another small fly and took a photo of it while it was dripping, but didn't want to comment about it on social media. At the end of the meal, we told the waiter about it and asked if there might be a discount for having small flies for two times on my dishes. The waiter told us to call in the boss and take away the lettuce with the small fly. When the boss came up, he said it was not small flies, but black spots of rotted lettuce. When we showed him the photos, he denied it and said we had no proof because the lettuce had been taken away in advance. We did not expect that the boss would deny it and say that our photos were useless. The boss kept denying and argued that it was the lettuce itself and they don't need customers like us and just walked away. We were very fond of this shop before, so we didn't say that there must be a discount. At least the boss could say "sorry, we will carefully clean up next time." I really don't recommend this shop that doesn't wash the lettuce and won't admit it's a small fly even after the customer eats it!! We still gave 10% tip since the it's mandatory. We really didn't expect the boss attitude would so bad!!!!!! read more

Absolutely the worst service ever! Food was mid and basic quality. Nothing to rave about or go out of your way for. But the awful service is what really should discourage anyone from going there. My sister is a vegetarian and very well knew her options were going to be minimal but she joined us last minute and just wanted to keep us company. She was willing to pay full price to enjoy the 2-3 things on the menu that she could eat but when we arrived, we were told the a la carte menu was not available, so that further limited her choices. Nonetheless she sat down with us to weigh out her options and ask the staff what was actually available. When she was told none of what she wanted was available (ie. Yam tempura) she decided she was going to go home and uber eats something. So while she did that, the rest of us started ordering and when she had decided what she wanted, she left. At the end of our meal, we reminded them to take the 4th adult off the bill as she had left before eating anything. The server said she had to check the cameras to make sure of that to which we said "no problem, please do". We were all confident and knew our sister had not eaten anything, even as our food had started arriving. They came back and said that the camera saw her eat a sweet potato roll and so they had to charge a full amount. They straight up lied!!! We asked to see the footage because we all knew she had not touched anything!! Thats when they immediately switched up and said "oh next time let us know right when she is leaving that she did not eat anything". We asked again about seeing the footage and they kept changing the subject. We were all just dumbfounded at the blatant lie. What kind of service and business etiquette is this? Absolutely awful!! Rude staff, terrible service. Wouldn't let me order food on the same table with my group because I wasn't getting the $40 all you can eat. I was asked to sit on a different table. Asked to see the manager but our waitress kept going and coming back from the kitchen with the same nonsense response. Spare yourself and go somewhere that respects their customers. read more

Its a nice place but they overcharge us for the food since we got eat all you can for weekdays but they insisted thats it's weekends dinner and they are slow on our orders. its just me and my partner on the entire restaurant and we have to wait almost 15 mins to 5 tiny pieces of pork meat to grill and the waiting time applies to all of the meats we ordered. lastly i ordered a meat to grill but we got tired of waiting because it never came and so we just gave up and payed. read more
