Their work is good. BUT I have been requesting details of the work done at my property for HOA documentation, but they have failed to provide any information. I already paid a $300 fine for not having the scope and details of the work already completed at my property. read more

Ramon is a very nice young man and the quality of this work is solid, but we had a horrible experience with them and would highly caution anybody thinking about contracting with him. We needed our flagstone patios power washed, grout removed and repointed. We were hosting baby shower in 6 weeks' time and we couldn't afford to have loose stones. He gave us a very competitive and professional proposal and promised us he could easily start and complete the work well in advance of our social event. We got off to a rough start where he would promise to start on a certain date and not show up without giving any notice. We did run into some weather delays, but he promised me he would do a better job of communicating the schedule. He didn't keep his promise. He put in one strong day and I foolishly gave him half the contracted amount. From there he would show up, work for a few hours and then disappear - sometime with a helper or two, sometimes by himself. The calendar flew by and suddenly we up against the planned event and there was no way we could finish the entire job before hand, so we agreed to a shortened deliverable so at least the hardscape was serviceable. Nope. He left us in a complete mess. He started the work one day and disappeared half way through saying he needed special sand grout? What? He didn't have it before he started the job? He then did the same thing the next day, but because it was a Sunday, none of the places that sold the sand grout were open. He tried to glue down some loose stones, but we still had several fall off. We were scrambling the day off to try and avoid any of our guests being injured. He took off, left a big pile of debris and a bunch of his equipment. I tried to get him to clean up his mess, but he has ghosted me. Ramon seems like he knows his craft, but he is an incompetent project manager and unprofessional. He left us with a real mess and his performance was terrible. read more

I should have been the first person to review this company but I didn't submit my review October 2022 after my patio was completed. I would like to say, this was one of the best decisions I made. I hated my walk out basement exit because every time it rained, red dirt splashed all over the door and siding; it was a useless area below my deck. Initially I was going to install a print concrete patio but the contractor never responded to my calls after the initial quote. Now I realized it was a God intervention moment because I was desperate to find a person to build a patio after the first contractor disappeared; so I sent a request on Yelp to find someone to build my patio and Ramon immediately responded. We went back and forth about what I wanted, he sent me their catalog and then I set the appointment to meet with him. So when I met Ramon, who was supper punctual, I was shocked how young he was, I had to ask him his age to ensure my contract was not with a minor. He told me about his family, his role with helping his father with this business and his commitment to its success. He was personable, very respectful and quite the businessman; I told this young man he is going to develop a very successful business. I explained to him what I wanted and expressed my concerns that grass and weed would eventually protrude in the joints, I wanted something that was more maintenance free. I asked about putting a layer of concrete before installing the pavers. Ramon gave me the additional cost and it was very reasonable. I asked about their license and he explained that they were in the process of obtaining their license, that they had insurance and that he will keep me updated so the job can start after they obtain their license. He provided me with weekly updates and then promptly began the project after they got their license. The work they did was amazing. I have told so many people about this company and left their signs on my front lawn for 6 months so others in the community can give them a call. The cost was very reasonable and the job was completed in a few days because the layer of concrete needed to dry a couple days. I highly recommend this company. read more

Milagros stone works did my patio. They are a team of young hard-working crew. They reused the stones from my old patio and did a great job. They have the skill and experience to do the stone work. They managed to work in a tight space and minimized damage to the plants at the edge of the patio. The charge was reasonable. I am very pleased with the job and enjoy my new patio very much. I recommend the company for stone work. One suggestion for the young manager is to improve the communication with customers, and stick to the schedule. read more

Built a beautiful flagstone walkway - great communication and excellent craftsmanship - would recommend!

We had an old wood staircase that went down our side yard. It looked bad, was rotting, and needed repair. Ramon gave us a quick estimate and as soon as we were ready to start his team was replacing our wood with stone. I'm amazed at how much better it looks now. It transformed our property from an eyesore into a centerpiece. I had no idea how much work was involved. They had to excavate the stairs and a retaining wall. Then they dug down to make the stairs easier to climb. They laid cinderblock (perfectly level mind you) then put the slate over the top. I wish you could see how great it looks. Ramone's crew did excellent stonework. I had an existing patio that was falling apart. The slate pieces were expensive and I wanted to reuse them. Several contractors told me it couldn't be reused and that I needed a new patio. Milagro came and gave me an honest opinion and told me they had the expertise to reuse the existing stone which saved me a lot of expense. Communication could have been a little better during the progress of the work. There were a couple hiccups but they stayed the course. The finished product looks great and was done well. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any patio or stone project work. Reasonable price for a professional job. read more

Milagro's did a wonderful job putting in a flagstone pathway in our backyard, filling in our under-the-deck area with river gravel (previously was just dirt), and repairing our brick-paver driveway and flagstone pathway/stairs leading up to our front door.
