Everyone is nice and service is great. I kept getting promotional prices for different packages. However, I don't think it's worth it anymore because it's hard to book an appointment. It has been continuously getting more booked than ever. It started at 3 weeks and now they are always 1.5 months booked. They used to open on Saturdays and now its only every other Saturdays, which one of the factors the schedule gets overwhelmingly packed. read more

I started treatments here because of Britt, and honestly, this company needs to apologize to her immediately and bring her back to work ASAP, because she was always professional, friendly, and had the client's wellbeing in mind. It is a huge disservice to existing customers for the company to just change our treatment plans out of the blue with no communication due to "issues with how discounts used to be given". If I knew that my treatment plan could be changed by some rando without my consent at any given time, I wouldn't have signed up with this place at all! I signed a contract for three areas, with one being free, and I found out DURING MY TREATMENT that one of the three areas had been dropped from my plan due to this issue. After today's treatment, I'm really on the fence about how things are being run now, because while my nurse was incredibly attentive and polite, the new manager just dropped a whole treatment area off my chart with ZERO communication ahead of the appointment. Mind you, this clinic has all of my contact info, and it would have taken less than five minutes to call me and inform me about the situation at any point in the last few weeks, if not immediately when the decision had been made to drop a treatment from my plan WITHOUT consulting me. Instead, the new manager seems to be communicating via throwing the nurse under the bus. I thought my nurse forgot a treatment area, and tried to remind her about it, when the nurse informed me that the area had been removed from my treatment plan because of "issues with how the previous was manager giving discounts" and that the new management assured her that I knew about this (literally no one told me). Even if there were issues with how discounts were given previously, as a customer, it should fall on the company's shoulders to make things right when making changes to pricing and services, like continuing to honor the contracts that existing patients signed when we purchase our treatment packages. Honestly, I'm scared to even say anything too nice about that poor nurse, because what if they fire her next for treating customers with too much respect? read more

I had my first visit at Milan Laser Mesa and WOW! Amber was perfect! I was so nervous about my first visit and the pain level and she was so empathetic and understanding. When I first went to my consultation I was scared but after the first treatment it had already changed my life from there. They are so kind and understanding and the improvement of my hair growth is outstanding just from one treatment. They explain everything so well and the pain is very minimal, maybe a flinch here and there, but I've suffered with PCOS since I've been atleast 13 and now I'm about 24 and for the hair not to be there on my chin as much has changed my life. I recently went there for a 2nd treatment and I'm excited for the relief of getting the hair removed for it has caused me so much embarrassment and the amount of shame of shaving twice a day and nothing helping has given me hope and my self confidence back. MILAN has helped and I'm grateful for them. The first photo is when I just shaved and then the first treatment and then now a few days after the second treatment I which is about now 5 weeks from the first treatment. It does take time to notice but again I'm so grateful. THANK YOU. I worked with Jaclyn at the Mesa location. She was so sweet and asked about what I did for work and generally seemed interested in getting to know me on a personal level. She provided me with so much valuable information and at the end asked if I had any questions. After my consultation, I was able to have my first session the same day. The women doing it even pushed back her lunch since I had another appointment I needed to get to! Overall, they went above and beyond and made me feel super comfortable. Although I've only had 1 session so far, I am super excited to continue my laser hair removal journey with them and cannot recommend them enough! After my session, they said they would do 1 underarms session for free plus gave me a $5 Starbucks gift card! Literally the best! read more
