The vibe was completely infectious and happy! After getting my body scan, I assumed I was done. To my pleasant surprise, nurse Heather came to talk to me about my scan results and answer any questions that arose. In addition to that, nurse Heather went out of her way to calculate my macros and provide that information to me. (Knowing macros is extremely important for weight loss or weight gain) Nowadays, a lot of people are in a bad mood, for whatever reasons, and customers/clients are usually on the receiving end of the bad mood when they enter places of business. I had a monthly membership here and was assured when I signed up that I could use my points whenever. Life got hectic this year, but they still charged my credit card every single month while my points accumulated -- or so I thought. Fast forward to 4/18/2025: I called them after getting a text saying they couldn't charge my card anymore. I asked how many points I had and how many hydrofacials that would get me. The staff told me I had enough for 7 or 8 facials. I told them to freeze my membership so I could use my points first. They agreed and booked me for 04/26/2025. I showed up today for my appointment and was blindsided. The OWNER herself demanded my credit card info again, and when I reminded her of the call I had with her staff about freezing my membership, she smugly said their "system changed on Monday" and they couldn't see my points anymore. When I pushed back, the owner started changing her story -- suddenly saying, "Oh, you say you called maybe 10 days ago? I think our system changed the previous Monday, the 14th." Total LIE. I just checked my phone -- I called them on the 18th, days after their supposed "system change." They knew what they were doing and still promised me I could use my points. I was furious. I raised my voice because this is flat-out theft. They charged me all year and now refuse to provide the services I paid for. Instead of showing any kind of apology or trying to help, the owner coldly told me they could give me one facial today and that's it. No compassion, no effort to make things right. Just a greedy, heartless attitude. They asked me to leave -- like I was the problem! I plan to call corporate, and if they don't fix this immediately, I will be contacting a lawyer. You cannot scam loyal customers and get away with it. DO NOT step foot in this place. They only care about your money, not about you. Find a business that actually respects their clients. With no results and no follow-up call (as promised), I dug deep on Google and self-diagnosed myself a week later. I purchased an over the counter ringworm cream and my skin lesions cleared up in 24 hours. Either I said too much and gave too much transparency early on and that threw them off and they overthought it, or didn't think it all, or they don't know how to diagnose ringworm, because they were totally off and completely wasted my time and money.
