We replaced our marble outdoor kitchen countertop with quartzite and Milano Granite was a great partner to get this done. Their measurements taken with their templates for the cut outs were spot on. One day to remove the old stone and old plywood base and prep. Second day to install all pieces. Looks great and we are happy. read more

The majority of my reviews are very positive and in the 4-5 star range. To get 1 star, you have to really be bad. I don't like being negative so I'll keep it short. Milano Granite has earned my 1 star rating because of it's poor customer service, unfulfilled promises, and flakiness. Dealing with this business was a HUGE waste of time. read more

Milano Granite did an outstanding job on our newly constructed home. Kate designed the entire home's (6100 sq') 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 fireplace mantels, office, theater, bar and pool house counter tops, wall and floor tiles. She put materials together like the master designer she is and the outcome is gorgeous! Our home photos are posted here on yelp and on their website. These guys are great. I wanted to replace my tiled kitchen with Ceaser Stone and everyone checked were over priced. It took me almost 6 months to find someone I could trust and I am glad I trusted them. Their pricing was the best around and they did everything from taking down the tiled backsplash which was 2 inches thick and put the Ceaser Stone in on the same day. They did a wonderful job and I would definitely use them again. read more

I had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews on here.. While getting pricing with their office I spoke with Kate, through emails and on the phone. She was very responsive until I gave them over 1/2 the money down. After that I could not get any clear answers. First she said that install would be about 4-5 days, that did not happen it was more like 2 1/2 weeks. I called the office to get info on install date, their answer was first we have to check if the slab is in stock. Then I had paid an extra $300 dollar for a "expensive intricate detail" edge that I chose, no big deal add it to the bill. When the installer came back for more measurements he brought the wrong detail, and had no idea what detail I was talking about so I called Kate again, and now they say she's out of town. Fast forward to the day before the install I got a call from the installer telling me that they might not have enough stone to do the edge bullnose and that chose so I needed to buy a 3rd slab or cancel out my bar area or desk area. My answer was "well let me call my husband" see if we can pull another $1100 out of the toilet of something... The installer called right away to tell me that they were going to make it work...hmmm weird...something tells me that they wanted to see if they could get more money from us!!! So in the end, I did not get the edge detail I paid for, One of the pieces was not installed because the corbels were not installed which I perfectly understand but again I paid for that to be installed and yet they wanted to charge me to come back out but never offer to refund for not installing that piece. I was also not refunded part of the money for the edge that I paid for. As for Kate the "designer" who never designed anything, I never heard from her. The reason why I'm giving this place 3-stars is because they did a good job installing the two slabs of Cambria we bought. I wish their office customer service was better considering that we spent $5500 for counter tops, I can expect answers when I ask a question. read more

Gill, Jose and the entire team at Milano Granite are top-notch -- professional, prompt, responsive, and nice. They also gave me the lowest estimate (of at least 6), were incredibly speedy and did fantastic work. They made a lot of suggestions -- all of which I used -- and their work is just plain gorgeous. I recommend them highly -- in fact, if I ever install stone again, I'll be calling them first. I am SO happy with the work they did -- my master bath, which I completely gutted and remodeled, is just fabulous. Jose, the main installer, couldn't be nicer or more professional -- he was a pleasure to deal with (and he came out multiple times to work with my tile guy). After calling a number of places to find a Caesarstone certified fabricator, I found that many places were saying they were officially certified BUTupon calling Caesarstone directly, I found they were not in fact on their list of certified fabricators! (And I found out from Casesarstone that if you don't have a certified fabricator install your quartz, your warranty is void!) All this to say that it was a manager at Caesarstone who highly recommended Milano, and I quickly found out why! Not only are their prices competitive and they do great work, but this company's greatest asset is their staff! I dealt mostly with Rose...who was a gem. I had several hiccups during our kitchen remodeling, which required me to reschedule many times with Milano. Rose always handled my calls with a joyful and kind attitude. She was patient with the numerous requests I made and the many questions I had. It was a breath of fresh air...b/c you don't see customer service like that anymore! Most folks would have written me off, but Rose endured patiently. During the fabrication process, I worked with Jose, who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was flexible with changes in my schedule on the start date and took the time to answer my MANY questions...which I know can be annoying at times! Thank you Milano...you were a light in the dark and dreary process of our kitchen remodel! read more

Milano Granite is one of the few places I would ever give 5 stars to. Kate, who runs the showroom, has exquisite design taste and on top of that knows exactly how the look you are going for can be achieved on your budget- a talent that is VERY rare in this business! Gil and his crew are the best I have ever worked with and I have now remodeled seven houses in Los Angeles. We are so glad we found them and will continue to work with them on all our future projects. On top of that I have recommended the company to all my friends with remodeling needs.
