Not a good experience here. The girl who took our order was very nice so I'm giving it 2 stars for her and her alone...and maybe the salad. Everything else was a disaster. I ordered a supreme pizza with no sausage. No SAUSAGE. Pretty standard order I think. I even told the story about how sausage gave me food poisoning a long time ago from Godfathers pizza so I haven't eaten it since. Somehow this got translated into no SAUCE. I overheard them talking in the kitchen about 'no sauce', so I interrupted them to tell them I wanted SAUCE, just didn't want SAUSAGE. This seemed to irritate the kitchen staff and I even heard them say that they had confirmed with me it was no sauce so the order wasn't wrong. I was wrong. Okeeeee...They weren't happy about re-firing another pizza but said they would. The pizza finally came out after a bit of a wait (again), and it still had no sauce. It was not hot. The veggies weren't cooked. The cheese wasn't melted. It had no sausage, but also had no SAUCE. I even initially ordered a side of marinara when I placed the order, so it was pretty obvious I wanted sauce by this point. Sigh. So the pizza finally comes out... incorrect. Surprise. Ok whatever. I'll eat it cuz I'm starving at this point and there's no sense trying again, but they didn't bring my extra marinara and they totally forgot about my husbands meatball sub he had ordered. More waiting now for his sub. I don't know who the sauce police are at this place, but his meatball sub was seriously lacking sauce as well. I mean...is it like invisible ink that disappears after a minute?? Or was that a big middle finger for the pizza ordeal? I don't know and I don't really care. Bottom line - when you own a pizza place, USE SAUCE!! And when your salad is the only thing that's good on your menu, you might reconsider your menu and ingredients. Overall, bad first impression. Bad enough that we will probably not go back. So sad that there aren't any amazing pizza places near us. What have we done by moving here??? No good pizza and no good fried chicken. Ugh. read more

Terrible pizza!! $15.99 for a medium pizza, which is very small. We ordered 2 pizzas and both were terrible. We threw them in the garbage. What a waste of money. The crust was undercooked and rubbery, way too much cheese and very little sauce. Not much toppings, either. The restaurant was dirty inside with flies every where. They gave me someone else's order who just walked in to pick it up, but he checked after they weren't sure what they gave me. It was his. I had to wait another 10 minutes for mine. What was supposed to be a 20 minute wait was over 30 minutes and they were not busy at all. After I advised that I was already on hold and had been hung up on .... " I didn't hang up on you and I'm the only one here"! It's always an excuse with this place. This place is fantastic. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. We stopped by after a day on the lake. We had the meat lovers pizza, a pepperoni with veggies pizza, and my son had buffalo wings. Everything was wonderful. We all agreed it was the best pizza we'd had in a long time. The crust was great (even my 11 and 9 year old boys commented on the crust and ate it, even though they never eat the crust on pizza). The wings also had great flavor. The owner of the place waited on us and the service was on point with a very welcoming and friendly attitude even though they were slammed with to go orders. Where do I begin smh, so I gave this business 2 chances and regretted it both times. As soon as u bite into the over salty slice, the meat starts rolling off of it. Like your playing a childhood game of tag. They're large is the size of pizza huts medium the slices are so tiny. The crust is very dry and the over kill smell of garlic is basically all you taste. While being at the lake from Dallas, we decided to have pizza for dinner on our first night in the area. The hours say they're open until 9pm. When we go inside they say we can't dine in cuz they're about to close at 8pm. We stood 20 minutes waiting for our order to go. We get the pizza home and it's lukewarm and MUCH smaller than the box it's in. The pizza was good. But it would have been much better had we dined in. One star rating because there is not a ZERO rating. We used to order pizza from here in the past however they have changed ownership as of three weeks ago. Without knowing that until we walked in, We ordered a pizza with a coupon and two pasta dinners. They said they would honor the coupon. Once home with our food, we were expecting the same pizza we had always gotten from here. Not the case. Pizza had very few ingredients, they did not honor the coupon so we were charged the posted price and without being told were charged for paying with a credit card. First pizza I've bought at Milano's in about a year, and it has really gone downhill. I ordered a large supreme pizza ($20 bucks with tip) and was very disappointed. It was in the same sized box, but the pizza was about 25% smaller... would have fit in a medium box... a little bigger than the frozen pizzas you get at the store, and not much better. Had four pepperoni's and not much more in the way of meat. I'll pass from now on unless I can get to a different pizza place. read more

Reluctant to give 2 stars. Hit and miss Pizza is pretty good. Got Steak and cheese 2 times the first time it tasted great the bread was perfect but not much inside. I would rather pay more for a good stuffed sandwich. The second time I got one it was so salty I could not eat it. I tried the pasta once it was horribly overcooked. and the meatballs? Should be called sausage nuggets. Not even a hint of Italian. I hope for improvement, its the only pizza place in this area. read more
