I gave them a 4 for the fast service when I called in and picked up the pizza...didn't go with a 5 because this supreme pizza is pretty salty. Probably a combination of the salt in the pepperoni, mozzarella, and the thin crust. In my opinion milano's Pizza is a tough one to review! When they decide to cook it and deliver it properly, they make the best dang pizza in the country. Sadly, there have been times when my pizza was delivered cold and soggy and a few times I didn't even get what I ordered! God bless the drivers they're so sweet. The girls that run the front counter are as well, although they do keep you on the hold forever it seems like they're always polite and courteous. One particular occasion I had it, receiving my pizza an 2 hours and 20 minutes after I called. When I tried to call back and get the manager on the phone he never returned my NUMEROUS CALLS shame on you milano's manager that's bad business although sometimes you put out some dang good pizza. It is a hole in the wall pizza buffet in Quitman, TX. You would be forgiven for driving by without consideration, but you will miss out on some of the best pizza in East Texas. Friendly service, exceptional value, and terrific pizza! Highly recommended if you desire something other that franchise pizza. I ordered 5 pizzas (over $100) and none of them had sauce. I mean NO SAUCE not even a little none. All of them were burned and had VERY little cheese. The large pepperoni had 5 pepperoni slices. We ordered a pizza, large, last night 8/11 at 5:30 p.m. and we have ordered the same for YEARS. This time we were told we had to order a minimum of $20 for delivery. We have never been told that and they insisted its always been that way. We pay a $5 fee for delivery fee so I don't understand why we have to spend $20 for the delivery option. When we got the pizza it was horrendous! It tasted as if it was left over from a lunch buffet and simply reheated. It was dry and the crust was very hard and stale. It tore up the roof of my mouth. As a matter of fact, I have a 27 year old parrot and his absolute favorite is pizza crust, he wouldn't even eat it. We usually have leftovers but this time we threw it away. I wish I had hung up and ordered a pizza from Anaconna Italian Restaurant down the street from you and picked it up myself, it would have been worth it. We've ordered delivery from here twice now. I love their food! They've delivered within 30 minutes both times. We don't order often because of the cost, but compared to pizza Hut it is about the same. They've always been friendly over the phone and the delivery staff has also always been patient with us and our dogs that try to escape the house every time they come. Great place... Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is amazing!!! One of my fav type of pizzas to order anywhere and this ranks at the top!!! Haven't tried anything else here yet... But maybe soon!
