Different tech called today stating order is from the store and not custom so ready to install. We were like something isn't right. We even verified in Spanish to ensure language barrier wasn't the problem as they also had another person with them on the phone translating and we speak Spanish. We called company back complaining about shadiness and Chloe said manager would be reaching out. Man who called us back stated tech employee was "new" and doesn't know what he was taking about. When we relayed that we recorded the call as CO is a 1 party consent state he then changed his story claiming oh nevermind he's not new only the 1st tech was new and didn't know blah blah. STAY CLEAR. To the other review stating they were threatened with a defamation lawsuit oh I hope they try that with us because lucky for them our business has a fantastic attorney.
