We walked through the store, found the exterior lights, then looked at other displays. During our 5 - 10 min in the store, we saw 3 employees each sitting at their desks. There were no other customers in the store yet NONE of the 3 employees greeted us or even acknowledged that we were present. Incredibly POOR SERVICE!! Shocked that the employees are either not better trained to help customers or simply did not care. Disappointed in this store and would not consider purchasing lighting here given other good options in Denver.

I also have pictured the cupboard that was supposed to be built around the microwave. I literally had to rush to buy this microwave cuz they claimed they needed to know the exact measurements so they could build around it. I think we can all agree that turned out to be failure. I have called almost every day only to hear from the owner once, no one seems to want to help me or fix any of these problems! I had to buy two new cupboards to fix the 30 inch gap which I was told it would only take another two weeks to get, turned out it won't be getting those for another 6 weeks!
