We recently had a very old tree in our front yard finally partially collapsing. It had a special…read morespot in the yard and we had enjoyed it for many years. However all good things come to an end and the tree was telling us so. It was a willow and time to go. We contacted these folks and arranged for a cutting down of the tree so it would not pose a danger to others or to us. The quote was quite reasonable and we decided to go forward. We were in no rush and it was suggested we do so after the Christmas holidays. Monday was the scheduled date. Sure enough they showed up on Monday morning and it took about an hour to cut down the tree. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were careful to remove a bench which was under the tree but not damaged and then replace it in the same area when they were done. We are very pleased with the work they did and they seemed quite knowledgeable. The work was top notch. They seem busy all the time so if you are flexible and can work with them I'm sure any job will be done with great success.

James contacted me and said that he would be at my house on Wednesday. He never showed. I later received a text that there was some kind've accident and we try to come out tomorrow. No big deal, accidents happen. The next 2 days, he still did not show. I texted him, no response. I then called him and left a message. still no response. I texted him several more times and called him, no response. This was over the course of a few days. James was fully aware that I was moving to Arizona and wanted the work done because we are renting the property. So now because he blew me off. I am stuck in a bad spot. I have to find someone new and coordinate with my neighbor, so they can check that the work gets done. Bottom-line. They do good work but they are completely unreliable. I would not recommend using this service until they start having a little more respect for their customers. I would give them a 2.5 but no option for that
