The nail service is sub par at best. I wanted to try something other than the regular hard gel Russian manicures I normally get- Big mistake ! At first glance the nails are okay but there was no attention to detail. In fact I had to argue with the nail artist about how to achieve a more opaque look on my nails and had I not been late I would've walked right out. These nails were not worth 100.00. Also. There isn't any attention to the health of your natural nails and cuticles which is important. The edges and underneath the gel nails was not buffed. The Gel X tips were treated like an acrylic set. For reference - the nails done by this shop are the pearl translucent and the ones by another shop are the hand painted ombré. HUGE DIFFERENCE read more

This was my second time at this place. The first time, all my dip nails chipped within a week. They fixed all my nails, but even with the fix. My nails chipped within a week. I went to a new place, but since this place is close to my house, I decided to give it another chance. I went in on Wednesday and by Friday two dip nails chipped and now two more. I don't do aggressive stuff with my nails, so I don't know why this happened again. In addition, on Wednesday the person who did my nail did not push back my cuticles or give me a manicure. Now, my nails look very gross with my cuticles everywhere (attached pictures). It has been only since Wednesday and today is Saturday, but it looks like I haven't gotten my nails for weeks. Before all this, I asked her if she could give me a manicure because she was not pushing back my cuticles and getting all the dried skin stuck to my nails. She said she would do it after my dip. I said okay, since I am not the expert. I am wondering if my dip nails were all chipping because she didn't clean or smooth out my nail bed. I still have cuticles stuck to my nails. Now, you will be cancelled on, they have no respect for your time even though you tell them it's for an out of town event, techs are constantly late. They don't confirm appts using their square system and it seems nobody is running the show. Expect to find rudeness and zero care for the clients! What a disappointment- only a small few techs that are decent, but literally pick and choose who they want to service based on price of service. (Mind you I pay in cash and over tip every time) but this nail salon is now complete garbage and a waste of any penny spent!!!!!! My sister in law took me to get our nails done for my birthday. She made a reservation in advanced for three pedicures and three manicures. All the technicians were accommodating to our needs and requests. Although I feel that the customer service could've been more friendly at times, the nails were beautifully done and they were able to fix the trouble spots we noticed. It's been two weeks now and my nail just chipped today. They also provide waters, sodas, and sparkling waters as needed. I found this gem of a salon this past May and I've been coming ever since. They have great all around service and do quality manicures and pedicures that last longer than other salons. I waited a whole year before coming back to this place. I really wanted nail art, specifically, and it seems like no one in the area does it. But since "nail art" is in the name of the business I decided I would give this place another chance. I brought in two designs so that the nail tech could choose which design she could do better. She said the first one was too hard and the second one was easy. So I said go with the easy one. She was clearly having trouble with the "easy" design because she kept redoing it. So I knew this wasn't going to go well. Her version of what I brought in was very amateur and something maybe a child could do, but I didn't have time to waste to redo it since I could clearly see she didn't have the skills. Besides the design, the regular polish on the rest of my nails and toes is so sloppy, it has streak marks and bubbles under every single nail. I called a week ahead hoping they could give me someone professional who knew how to do nails, but now I'm just convinced no one at this place knows what they are doing and all their good reviews are fake. This is the last time I'm wasting my hard earned money here. If I can give this place a -5 I would. First off, I called and made an appointment specifically asking for the dip with TIPS and a pedicure. They could not accommodate my pedicure- totally fine the dip will do. As soon as I get in there I picked a color and the tech started. He didn't ask me any questions on what I wanted. I asked him "are you adding a nail" he said yes. The entire service took 20 MINUTES! As soon as he "finished" I was so shocked in his work. Horrible, and I told him I am not happy with this. Of course he continues to say "oh they look nice and i asked if you wanted a nail". He didn't ask me, I had to tell him and yet didn't add the nail. I am very upset, and I did end up paying but obviously didn't give him a tip. I let him know I wasn't about to cause a scene and keep arguing. WORST NAIL PLACE EVER!!!!! Called early in the morning to ask if they can fix my moms nails from a previous job done. I've been coming here for almost a year now and had great experiences except for today. I usually see Coco but when I made the appointment on the phone I was told she left and decided to book with anyone available because I thought they were all good here.... Worst mistake ever. My appointment was with Ken for a pedicure and dip manicure. I asked when I arrived if he would be able to do a French tip like design and repeatedly said if he can't that's fine I will do a regular dip manicure. He said he could because it was just a line. I wasn't even greeted and he left the water running boiling hot and steam was coming out. The receptionist was super nice and helped me. When he came back he didn't say sorry or anything just rudely said to the nice receptionist he got it when he clearly didn't. When he did my pedicure he didn't care that he was hurting my nails and my skin was burning. He Completely jacked up my nails. They're not filed evenly or cut the same length or shape. Seriously WTF are you doing as a nail tech if you can't even do that and charging people for it and wasting my time and money. My dip manicure does not get any better. He asked me what shape and length and I said the shortest almond you can do with tips. He did not ask to see the design as he was doing my hands so I pulled it up and left it out and he rudely said "I got it" which he clearly didn't. He said he would be able to do it because "they're just lines" but clearly does not because they're not even, went so fast and looks like he took a sharpie and drew on my nail. He never once asked me if I liked my nails during the process and was rushing and being so hard on my nails. There were multiple times my finger was pushed back because it got caught with the nail file and he still didn't change what he was doing. Two of my nails were very crooked and I was going to say something but it was so hard to because he was not nice and rushing the whole time. I did not want to be yelled at in front of everyone or make a scene. I assumed he would fix it and before I knew it he was done. He never asked if I liked the design after doing the first finger or hand and basically shooed me away because he had another person waiting. He could have simply told me he couldn't do the design or just declined and I would've been fine. He did not drill down the dip manicure so it's very chunky and does not look nice. I'm so mad and upset I had to pay $93 plus tip for the worst service I have EVER had. I'm debating of whether even coming back and seeing someone else is worth it or not. read more

TL;DR - Avoid Ken, he's not a good technician. He made this place lose a customer forever. I usually have a good experience at this nail salon but today was the first day I had a tech named, Ken. He gave a terrible nail service and even worse customer service. I came in with an appointment for a dip service that I've done many times before and he did as requested while I zoned out to the tv to relax, and because I trust professionals to do their thing. Near the end of the service, I notice my extensions are completely split from my natural nail on several fingers and he didn't say anything at any point. When asked, he got very defensive saying he told me this was going to happen. That was a lie. Long story short, he failed to see why I was not satisfied and refused to give me a discount on the service. Even while I was still willing to pay for the work, he continually blamed me and eventually, I was over it. You can schedule an appointment online, or call, and they will try their best to accommodate you last minute. They offer complimentary drinks/snacks upon arrival which was a nice touch. The nail salon is known for their dip nails/sns nails. Hanh did my nails and was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the shape/color of my nails. She knew what she was doing and I felt safe with trusting her with a choosing a color that would go good with my ombre. The place was clean and organized. No communication barriers either. All very friendly staff. I had a charcoal pedicure as well, but unfortunately was a bit disappointed due to how fast it was compared to regular prices pedicures I've had done elsewhere.
