The diagnosis was inner tie rods. $1100 later I bought a brand new set of tires from them and had them install. It's been 3 months and my new tires are worn badly. I took it back to them and explained what was going on and they said they don't keep records of work done on vehicles and if I didn't save my original receipt that they would not make any repairs. Unfortunately I can't find my receipt and I have to fix it myself Funny how the girl at the computer was typing in the next guys work order, but they have no records of mine!

After the list of items they quoted me the total came to 15 hundred dollars! After getting a second opinion, I found that I did not need those parts and those parts only cost 40 dollars (if I did need them) terrible mechanics, terrible people, terrible business.
