Great dentistry. First time they did extensive look. Explained everything and created a step by step for get everything squared away.

The hygienist took the time to do a thorough cleaning. Didn't feel rush. And felt very clean. Watching Netflix while cleaning made the experience a lot more pleasant. Receptionists were polite. Check in and out were easy and fast. This is the third dental office we tried after moving to the area two years ago. I think our search is finally over! read more

This place is awesome! I recently got some fillings and cleaning done with Dr. Lee (i have another appointment in two weeks to finish the other half). But the staff is very thorough when explaining the care plan and coverage information. They are very nice, and the office has cool gadgets-like a tv for you to watch while getting dental work done! I had the opportunity to have Dr. Lee be my dentist. Services provided was a dental implant, cavity fixer upper, as well as a couple of cleanings. His office is first off super clean and catered to the pt. Coffee and drinks are there when you enter. You have a Roku and TV present for you on your examine table... it basically felt like going to a friends place with a dental drill in my mouth. Would recommend Milestone to any friend. I have had horrible experiences with dentists....some trying to upsale you, others that just do horrible jobs, I'm just happy I finally found a dentist I know will do a good job and will only recommend whats necessary. read more

I've had a few negative experiences in the past with my last two dentists, but Milestone has been amazing. They are very hospitable and respectful people who make sure you are always comfortable (the option to watch Netflix is a great addition). The people there genuinely care about you and your teeth. I have major respect for Dr. Lee, his whole team, AND the facility. They have an attractive facility! From their interior design to their dental equipment, everything is very new, modern and clean. Chris and his team are the best. They quoted me half as much as my previous dentist. Not only that but since I was switching dentists they were kind enough to do all my x-rays for free. I have recommended him many times and each person has been extremely happy with the service. They follow up before the appointment and are flexible with my schedule. Went in to see Dr. Park for an emergency for a broken molar. The front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming and squeezed me in at the last second, even with a packed schedule. Dr. Park was a breath of fresh air. He isn't the typical dentist where this is no communication while he's working. He vocally guided me along the way through the whole process, of telling me what he's doing, how long it's going to take, what he's going to do next, etc... Been taking my daughter here since last summer. Always been pleased with our visits. My daughter (7) was actually excited today to go to the dentist. How many kids say that? Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistant and dentist are so warm and welcoming. My daughter was nervous her first time of course but since then she loves to go and can't wait until her next time. I think that says alot about the staff. They are very helpful, even saved me money on my bill today which was amazing and thoughtful. Can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for a new dentist. read more

She also was very informative to him during his check and treatment, I was impressed with how much time she spent with me educating me about what was going on with his teeth and how we can do more to keep them healthy! I had to get a crown and Dr. Park made me feel at ease and showed the crack tooth that had to be fixed. They have the most updated equipment to make the procedure painless and relaxing. Well, they were kind enough to set me an appointment that was scheduled for today but because of the serious incident regarding the AMTRAK I had to attempt to reschedule. I turned away several other dentists considering I had this appointment previously. The receptionist said she could get me in tomorrow. Seemed nice enough. They called and they aren't able to help me for the rest of the year. Now I'm out of luck because of this huge endeavor. I'm a first responder on standby and really had no other choice. I don't recommend them for not being a bit more understanding of the seriousness of why I could not make it. Not my choice to reschedule. It was a necessity. Skip them for someone that can work with you in a pinch. read more

This dental office is amazing! Netflix while you get your teeth worked on? Great staff! Very welcoming, kind, and considerate. The office is brand new and the staff are excellent. Dentists are considerate and so are the assistants. Dr. Park was professional and very thorough. There's a specialist for children and a nice section for kids. Finding an honest, professional, and good dentist was a challenge for my wife and I before we found Milestone. Dr. Lee and the staff at Milestone are always extremely kind and patient. We bring our 1-year-old daughter with us for regular check-ups. Not only do they make each visit enjoyable for our family, we love that we can all go together and don't need to go to a separate children's dentist. Incredible staff from the top down! Very friendly and caring from the moment I walked in! Amazing family environment! Being in the healthcare field working with dentists and other providers I was very impressed with the professionalism and care. Beautiful brand new office with great equipment that can give you accurate results within minutes. Dr. Park did the cleaning himself and did an awesome job. One of the best cleanings I've had because I am used to having a hygenists do it, but Dr. Park took his time and did a wonderful job. Also he was very good about educating and teaching me about the importance of oral health to my overall health! He was very mindful of explaining what he saw, what my options were, and also checked in with me all throughout the process of dental work. We just moved to Covington from Austin TX and were looking for an great dentist! We researched and read reviews and narrowed it down to Milestone. They were very polite, gave a quick tour of the office, very personable and always asked at each stage if we had any questions. They were extremely thorough. At the end, you went to a room for your consult. The dentist explained his findings and educated you on your choices. Very caring and open for feedback to improve - should we have any. Great place for all ages! They have a modern office and you are able to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. during your appointment and as you wait. This is useful if you do not like the sound of people working on your teeth. Here's my Cliffs version of my experience at Mileston.... Laid down on a comfortable lounge chair, stretched my legs out, picked up the Netflix remote and started watching Black Hawk Down. Had the time of my life at the dentist's office (or is it clinic). Wait... dentist's office (or clinic)?!?! I kid you not. The dentist's office!! All those scary nightmares about dentists just disappeared with a click of the remote. Actually it started 40 minutes beforehand. The NEW office is conveniently located in Covington with ample FREE parking. This might not be a big deal to you, but it was for me. My previous (huge emphasis on "previous") dentist's office only had metered parking. Sooo... "you're going to keep me here for 3 hours and the parking is only good for 2 hours? Hello, parking ticket and farewell Jack in the Box tacos!" So from the get-go, my wallet and tummy were thanking me. Next came the professional and personable front office team... I forgot their names but I believe it was Lisa and Christy?? (I'm sorry.... I'm horrible with names. That's why I'm single). Anyways, they answered all my questions such as "do you have free Wi-Fi so that I can respond to my work emails and my boss thinks I'm at work??" (I kind of left work early so.... yeah... you know....). And yes they do! So all you business folks.... make a note of that. Then came Dr. Park and Brenda. They weren't...... scary. They informed me of what they were doing and why there were doing it... but I was too busy watching Black Hawk Down. Long story short.... if you're needing a great dentist, front office team, free parking and Netflix, go to Milestone! DISCLAIMER: my only negative review is that Dr. Park and Brenda were done with me 30 minutes before Black Hawk Down ended. Maybe I should get more cavities.... read more
