I didn't have an appointment but experienced no wait. They attended to my concern right away, looked at the tire that was triggering the light and did a thorough check. They didn't find any nails or leaks. They topped off all 4 tires with air, and also took the time to explain why they think the light came on (weather/temp). They told me to keep an eye on the tire pressure for the next couple weeks and bring it back if the light comes back on and stays on so that they can dismount the tire and do a further inspection. I really appreciated their attention to my concern. I may start coming here for all services.

By 1pm they had gotten to examining my car and found a nail in the tire. The report they give is very meticulous in detailing the damage, and George at the front desk was happy to go through the report with me. They ordered a replacement tire and were able to get my car fixed by 6pm! For the entire service, I felt the pricing was really fair, and George was super helpful for the entire visit. They also have warranty on their tires, which is super reassuring. Hopefully I will avoid having any future nails in my tires, but in the case I need more repairs done, I will absolutely be coming back!

So I scheduled an appointment with John and asked him to take a look. Not only that most of the repairs appeared not to be needed, when I told John I am planning to sell my car he advised me not to do anything... And of course - refused to take any money (as no work was actually done on the car) This is why I always go to John. I just trust him... They loose a screw so I have to change the suspension and other parts. I took it back and they had the face to tell me that they did it. They adjusted it and magically my car was working right again. (no charged) After that, they told me the car has many other things to fix. And eventually, the car started with other problems. My mechanic came back from his travel, he checked it and so he adjusted and fix all the peaces that they ruined. So disappointed, I ended paying around $900 in that place just to get my car with things it didn't have. Wish there were something to protect people from places like this one.

Had taken the car to another shop and it was incorrectly installed. I was recommended Pro Autos by a friend who was also having one of the issues I was having. Only downside was that I had to leave the car here for a few days but didn't mind as long as the car was fixed. Mike installed the part at the correct spot, replaced the thermostat and replaced another part that was worn out. I have a Honda civic 2013. Haven't had no issues with the engine light since. Mike is very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate about his work. Highly recommend Mike and his team!

drove my car to Darnestowne liberty because it leaked water after turning car off. diagnosis was a…read morethermostat housing. After said repairs were done, it still leaked. was advised that it was the water pump and that they were not interested in doing the repairs. They put stop leak in it to temporarily seal the leak. Dumb move as that process only causes more issues. clogged water jackets internally, clogged heater core and radiator. although I drove the car to the shop I was unable to drive it home. broke down twice do to water pouring out. Picture is what it looked like as I finally made it to my parking spot. 780.00 dollars for what? Replaced water pump myself as the car was now totally broke down and had to replace a clogged up radiator. I am sure more damage due to stop leak installed by shop is yet to come.
