This used to be a great car wash but , prices went up (which is expected) but in the same token quality should not go down, the full Carwash service in Rockville no longer gives the good cleaning they used to do, and the self service Carwash their brushes are so old and n such a bad shape that instead of cleaning they scratch my car. It is sad to see this . Time for a new service to step up . read more

Didn't really know how use the system my first time and the attendant washed my car got me and everything and taught me how to use it there's not always an attendant but during business hours I've always seen someone if you need help I highly recommend good prices too get extra tokens you save the more you get and they don't expire you can use them next time! read more

Credit card machines have not been working for months. Owner apparently doesn't want to fix or doesn't want to have them operational because of CC charges. Either way, it's the cost of doing business. Stop being a cheap ass! read more

Although this Flagship location doesn't offer a full service wash, I do love the fact that they have an automatic touch-free wash. There's only one of them though, so be prepared to wait a little bit if you don't feel like using one of the self service bays. This Flagship is also a little cheaper than the two Rockville locations. If you don't get a chance to vacuum your car before you wash it, there are vacuums in the rear too. I enjoy using the little gun/hose near the back vacuums to spray the interior of your car with air freshner scents like strawberry or mint. You'll leave here with your car squeaky clean and smelling fresh. If you don't it's nobody's fault but your own! read more

Credit Card Machine does not work. Tokens done work for the automated wash. No help from the attendants

I fed 4 tokens in one of vacuums. Then the hose came off and I found the duct filled with yucky stuff yuck No wonder vacuums at Flagship have weak suction. I sucked it up and put 2 tokens in the other vacuum. It ate my tokens and stayed silent Another machine next was in the same condition. Then I moved to the third machine to discover the SAME This time it spit out 2 tokens at least I drove to the gas station and got my job done in 5 minutes with $1.50. Flagship, please maintain your equipment properly. I wish I could give no star but obviously yelp won't let me do that. read more

There may not be many options but in the end this place is unfortunately not worth it. Broken lights that hoses get hung up on timers that start cooking away but the water soap is an out yet low soap dirty water and frankly after spending seven dollars on two separate occasions I did not have enough time to get my smaller car actually cleaned and that's a lot of money in a self cleaning car wash deafly not worth it I want by the way feel free to empty some of the garbage cans from time to time it's at least you can do for seven dollars read more

It's getting to seem Flagship won't change out the water...it seems to be recycled or something. Even at the Gaitherburg Flagship. Why do I think that? Well, I rinse first, soap, scrub, rinse and then "spot-free". It's when I polish our car that the problem become evident! My polishing cloths (microfiber) and polish applicators become dirty! And this is at both facilities! Why am I having to see dirt on my cloths when I've just washed my car! And this isn't from inexperience either! I used to detail cars (I detail our Honda), and car wash facilities are NOT supposed to leave dirt and grime on the car. The thing is, ithe dirt and grime are in the rinse and "spot-free"! Unfortunately, there aren't many places around to wash one's vehicle, so it seems we're stuck with mediocrity as far as where to get one's vehicle clean! read more

Are you a person who likes to gamble? Try the automatic car wash. Sometimes it will work, other times it will just keep saying "Enter Wash", but nothing happens. There is no staff present to fix the errors and no phone numbers to call. The number on the website goes to a fax machine. read more

$12 for a touchless auto wash? Yes please! The machine accepts credit cards or cash (no change so make sure you've got the exact amount). $12 "ultimate" package took care of the salt on my undercarriage, pre wash, cleaned, rain-x, spotless rinse and 60sec dryer. In and out in no time (but it's also 7:20pm on a Wed night so I don't know if that's a factor). Will be back when I'm in the area! read more

Wish I could leave no stars!! Went to this location yesterday to vacuum and wash my car. First I went to the automated car wash and paid for a regular wash ($7) via credit card. It gave me a receipt and on the screen it said, "use your wash at anytime" or something like that. So I actually vacuumed my car first and then went to wash it and there were no instructions on how to use the automated wash, no where to show a receipt, nobody on site to talk to, etc. I drove around for 10 min to see if anyone was there, but nothing. So I left without $7 and no wash. I called the number on their site many times and it goes to a fax machine. Called the corporate number (some 800) number and got a person right away but she transferred me to someone else and then that person transferred me to what she said was the manager of that location and it was some guys voice mail box that I could barely understand. He called back a few min later and was confused as to why I was calling him and said that he didn't even work for flagship. So literally flag ship randomly sent me to some guy, it's not like they gave me a number and I called, they transferred me so I didn't even have a chance to call the wrong number. So absolutely do not waste your time at this dump and their customer service is literally the worst. How do you run a business with no one on site??? read more

Reasons for this review: 1) The vacuums at this location used to work. I used them yesterday and wasted my money. They didn't remove any of the loose dirt from my car and I wasted two tokens. 2) I didn't receive any receipt when I purchased the tokens. 3) The high pressure car wash didn't remove all of the tree sap from my car (even when I focused the stream at the spots for 5-10 seconds). 4) When I pulled up the person emptying the trash left one of the cans in front of a bay instead of moving it to the side to allow customers to use that bay. This car wash used to be much better and I was satisfied with it, but I don't think they are maintaining it well and it's gone downhill. read more

This is the best DIY car wash I have ever been too. It is clean, well lit, everything works exactly as it should, they have everything you need to totally detail your car, an attendant is there in the day - should issues arise, and they have an automated wash. The water is heated which really helps clean your car especially in these winter months, plus it is soft water! It really doesn't get any better than this. They also have a carpet shampooer machine which works great. read more

Power washer didn't work properly, spot free rinse didn't work so I was left with hard water spots all over the car. Had to clean the car once I got home to get rid of the water spots. Hoses leak. Buttons on the option pad don't work. Terrible maintenance of facility. Avoid at all cost. read more

I agree with the previous reviewer. I was there yesterday. I tried the last two bays neither produced pre rinse or spot rinse. No employees around and no number to call. The place is strewn with trash from people to lazy to use trash receptacles next to their cars and no one to clean it up after them. I was hoping to find a place to wash my car. Got the salt and road dirt off for $7. Clean enough for my purposes! The line is kind of a clusterfuck. If you're there on a busy day, just know that there is a second automatic wash bay that you can pull through too, because everyone will be backed up in line like there's only one. read more

The automatic car wash seems to not work every time I go, the last time I went for a quick wash, they ran out of soap and the dryer didn't work, today I went again after a few months, didn't realize it's 9:05 and slide my credit card and the car wash didn't work, maybe it's because they closed at 9pm??? This location offers credit card payment for tokens however the machine doesn't work. It kept saying modem failed, then eventually said approved and then denied my card - two of them. Therefore, I left without getting a wash and was disappointed. read more
