This is a very fast-paced auto wash/spa. I had a free car wash voucher from their sister location where I got my regular oil change. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade for a fee to my rim and wheels washed separately from my car, going through the wash. I have to say this is one of the fasted car washes I've ever had. It was well worth the dollar value and upgrade. It's a really fast-paced service, so stay sharp and don't forget to tip. To help eliminate blocking traffic the wrap around line is not near the car wash entrance but it is visibly marked with a sign. While waiting we saw a car finish the car wash and watched as two service members had to flag for them to move. When we got to the booth to pay and were asked what fragrance we wanted I was a bit bummed to find out they didn't have samples of the fragrances. They said they had samples when you got to the other side but that the "encouraged" choosing a scent here to eliminate holding up the line on the other side, aka, choose now. (We got the Silver Package.) The automated car wash itself is very basic, nothing super special like most of the regular car washes. We did have an issue at the end where the car started going backwards on the track and we made the decision to drive out after seeing the go sign and how close our car was getting to the one behind us. As we started to pull out the sign that said "go" changed to "wait". One of the staff off to the side started waving at us to go. Just like the car we'd witnessed there seems to be a disconnect between the car wash signage and what the staff want you to do. The interior clean was decent in terms of the inside window wash but the "wipe" of the dashboard is just that, a wipe. They took out the weather mats and washed those, which was great, but it didn't look like the really vacuumed where the mats had been. We will have to do that ourselves at home. As far as seatih, they had some benches for customers to sit on while their car was being attended too, but it was all outdoors. Covered, thankfully, but still outdoors. The sent we got was Mountain Pine, which made me think of the air fresheners used in public gas station bathrooms so... Yeah. Overall a decent experience. If you have a dirty car and want to get a head start on the cleaning so you have a little less work to do yourself, then go for it. (Though we probably won't be back here again ourselves for this purposes.) If you want your car sparkling and clean without having to do any follow up yourself, then skip this place and find somewhere else. read more

I love this car wash! I'm not sure why there are bad reviews? I think the only bad thing about this place is that it's very popular and it can get busy. If you go during the weekday or when it's raining? It's the best time to go. The workers are not overwhelmed and tired on a slow day. The staff are so nice and kind. They play hip and trendy music while you are waiting. The price? You cannot beat it! I'm sold into doing the membership my next trip there, it just makes sense. Once you are done with the machine wash, you pull up to the section where you get out and they take over. Just try to remove all your valuables and personal items. I went grocery shopping and told them not to open the trunk and they were cool with that. Easy! Make sure you tip these guys. If you know you are going here? Make sure you have some cash so you can look out for them. They do a great job and it's not easy. I seen someone else's car and it was nasty! So just imagine what they have to deal with. In the interim I used Sonic Care care to clean the seats who did a great job . 6/24/23 Manager has been in contact and alludes to watching the video. It was agreed she would speak to personnel at AutoSpa, and to rectify by cleaning the carpet. The low reviews aren't lying. I had a coupon for a free wash. I upgraded to the middle package. Just to see how they clean. I've been to Fredrick location and they do great job. The wash was ok, the dryer didn't dry my car fully. When I pulled into the vacuuming area, I noticed, my car was had spots from the wash. I started to take pictures. All the sudden I hear a female yelling? Come to find out, she was at yelling me. Blonde female. Yelling asking who I'm I taking pics of? First of all, she could of walked up to me and ask me. Of course, I am taking pictures of my dirty car, because they did an awful job. The employees did a HORRIBLE job in cleaning and vacuuming. My car still had sand on the backseat. Its like they barely did anything. My consoles were dirty. When I pointed out the flaws, they acted like they didn't understand. Ok no problem. I am bilingual in Spanish. So I told them. Young guy was like sorry, we did our best. I asked (nicely) for them to clean it a 3rd time. . They still didn't do anything speculator. It seems this location, solely focused on sales and quantity, and not quality. The employees like to catch an attitude if you call them out on their bad work. They definitely need to work on professionalism and this location and take some pointers from their Gambrills, and Fredrick locations. After the wash, I pointed out tree sap on the hood to who looks like the manager on the website, I was to told to use "nail polish remover" to remove the sap. This is after I smeared it with my finger. After pointing out the brake dust to the guy cleaning wheels, I was told "it would take too long to clean that much dust". In my mind, it was advertised to include "3 stage wheel cleaning" in the package I purchased. I won't recommend nor be back. Do not go to this carwash, they ruined my windshield wiper and took no responsibility for it. The tunnel was noticeably low and the dangling cloth swiped and pulled my wiper off. The staff simply blamed me and pretended to put it back on. When I used the wiper it immediately fell off. The wiper holder part was broken from the force of the swiping cloths. $29 carwash to ruin my wiper! I have been to many carwashes in the area and never encountered such an issue. This place is horrible! Took my car in for a car wash & it comes out with a long scratch! Talked to 2 managers and seems like they are both trained by corporate to deny all responsibilities. Both singing the same tunes oh look "you have a ding here and here so this long scratch is definately not from us". This is even after both of them reviewed the photos of my car before entering the wash having no scratches on the door at all. They even look at the photo taken facing the door straight ahead rather than at an angle showing clearly that there is no scratch on the door. When faced with this, their denial is oh it's the lighting that's why we can't see the scratch. when the photo was taken perfectly and even zooming in didn't show the scratch! Kept arguing that if our equipment did it then all other cars would have the same scratches. They didn't care that the brush abruptly stop & restart again while my car was in the wash. I even mentioned that it did something to cause my side view mirror to bend forward toward the front of the car. Oh that's normal they say. I guess so if you are in the business of ruining other people's property. Anyway, after 1/2hrs of listening to the same excuses i asked if I could drive back through so they can take the picture to prove the difference and compare but they didn't let me. Their reasoning is that the lighting would be different now because it's a different time of the day. Sounds a lot like doing everything they can to avoid responsibility to me. The lady manager finally admit that if they fix it's would be a complete new paint job for the car. Now I know why they are trained so well by corporate to DENY, DENY & DENY all responsibility. Good luck staying in business with this kind of service! I should have read the reviews in more detail before coming here. Plenty of 1 stars review with similar complains. Ok Eric, you got me. My truck looked like it had been the victim of the vicious prank. I think all the birds and squirrels in my neighborhood got together and decided to spend the night, and the following day, on the tree branch directly above of my car. I've never seen that much poop on a single vehicle in my entire life. Disgusting. As I was fueling up at the gas station next door, I took the window squeegee to try to loosen up some of the mess before I took it through the car wash. Even though I swore I would never come back here again after my last experience, I was desperate. Like, really desperate. Like, 'I cannot drive this vehicle around another second with all of this crap on my car' desperate. Eric and one of his friends were watching nearby and teased me about my pre-washing efforts. I told him that I planned to take my truck through the car wash after fueling up, but that since they didn't do a good job last time, I wanted to get as much of it off as I could beforehand. Eric told me that not only were they going to make up for my previous disappointment and regain my trust, but that if there was anything left over on my truck after the wash, that he would personally clean it off himself. Game on. I decided to treat my 4-wheeled beauty to the Platinum package. Wash, interior detailing, vacuuming... the works. Eric grinned as I pulled up to the detailing station and told me that he was determined to make good on his promise. His team set off to work and in a few minutes, my truck was in showroom condition. Eric even applied wax to my truck to help protect it from any future avian (or other animal) assaults. After giving it the once-over, I did find a few spots of remaining bird poop in the window and door creases. True to his word, Eric grabbed a rag, got right to work and scrubbed the area until it was spotless. Once a business losses my trust, it's almost impossible to get back. However, Eric really went above and beyond today and I'm happy to say that they have regained my patronage. Thanks Eric. See you and the crew again soon. read more

I feel so bad leaving such a negative review but I cannot really say that I'm happy after my car wash and I do not mind spending 40 bucks on a car wash but they are eager to get the line going that they don't fully finish the inside of your car. So really we're paying for just the outside to be washed which sucks. The interior looked the same as in the console and seats? I have leather seats so that's pretty easy to wipe down. I don't have a large car, I have a CRV and no kids so my seats are usually clean in the back. weather tech mats that were soaked. I would recommend saving your money and going to a generic automatic car wash at any random gas station. After purchasing the "platinum" service neither the doors or dashboards were cleaned. The carpets were barely vacuumed, and the team was very persistent about moving you along to simply get you out of the way. Awful service. read more

I've used this auto spa a few times. Very pricey. It isn't touchless per se. One time it knocked off my passenger side mirror--granted, it was already loose. Another time, it appears to have put a little groove in my front hood. And every time, it bent up my front license plate. They seem to be such nice people, but I will not be returning there. P.S. Every time I come here I get different service. I purchase the same thing. Sometimes there's someone spot cleaning your car before you go into the wash and sometimes there isn't. Anyways, the purpose of this review is because of the employee I encountered there today. It is February 14th and 28 degrees outside. After the wash, you are supposed to pull under a car port in order for the workers to clean out the inside of the vehicle. They were very busy today, which meant there was a lot of waiting going on. I was waiting in my car because of the frigid temperatures and I was awaiting for them to start my car before I went out and stood in the cold. As I am waiting for them, I was scrolling thru Instagram doing nothing. All of a sudden I hear banging on my passenger window. I get startled and confused, then he looks at me and screams, "DO YOU WANT ME TL CLEAB THE INSIDE OF YOUR CAR OR NOT." My freedom flashed before my eyes as I contemplated punching him dead square in his face. I asked him if he would like me to get out of the car? He gave me a rude look and said yes! THATS ALL HE HAD TO SAY: no need to bang on my windows with and attitude. I just started coming back to this place and this experience has turned me off. Got one of my purses stolen from my trunk and all the manager could say was, oh its been long I can't check the Cameras, yet I gave her the date and time that I was there. Then she later on said, its been 90 days and some workers left and so on. Cameras can be reviewed even after a year and culprits can be brought to book even if they no longer work there. The Manager also said they are not responsible for anything that is been stolen from a customer's carI know the Channel bag was stolen from there . I will change my narratives only when I am proven wrong When I got to the SPA to wash my car, the person who stole the bag saw me and took off his eyes. This place has super bad service. I was paying $55 monthly but I would still find crumbs on my seats and my windows were still dirty so I cancelled my membership with them. My mom was also paying the same monthly plan I had and every time she told the workers to complete the service correctly they would argue back with her and this time they made her cry. There's a couple working there so if you say something to one of them, they both attack you which is completely inappropriate. My mom has now cancelled her membership with them too. They half ass their job especially when they're busy and get rude once you say something. This isn't fair especially if you're paying $55 monthly. I definitely do not recommend this place. read more
