When I arrived I was told it would take about an hour to repair. They have free coffee and free Wi-Fi so I opted to wait. Nice clean waiting room and bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly. Once they confirmed the arrival, we came to this location since it needed calibration and was greeted by Tricia, who was really friendly, helpful and professional. She knew my parents from setting up the appointment, and was super helpful when I came to drop the vehicle off. Said she would call when it was completed, and sure enough the estimated time was on the dot. Michael was the technician that replaced the windshield and he did a great job too. I wondered if the Peach Pass and I-pass from IL would be transferred, and it was handled as if I put new ones on! Michael was also very kind to my parents, and that always gives me a comforting feeling since they're elderly. I was very happy with everything. We were touch late with traffic when picking up the car. Ian (the manager) and Tricia were both still there, waiting for us. Didn't give any grief, was so pleasant to deal with this entire situation. They direct billed our auto insurance so we paid our comp deductible and we were on our way. Nobody is ever in a good mood when you have a crack, chip, or need a replacement windshield.
