Just when you thought true customer service no longer existed, when you feared the customer is king concept had vanished, when you were absolutely convinced it was all about the money, along comes Hayes Cadillac in Alton GA. Hayes Cadillac sticks out like a red polar bear in a snow storm. I am so impressed I could write multille pages about my experiences, but let's keep it short and suffice to say that I have dealt with them twice. Both experiences in the service department. As a general rule, it's safe to say that the best experiences at a dealership are normally had at the sales end of it, because in the process of wanting to sell you a car, most people are at their best and represent themselves as professional as possible. But we all know that once the sale is over and you start dealing with service, their attitude about you as a customer starts to drop more rapid than an anvil out of an airplane. Seeing as how I never even purchased my vehicle from this dealership, my expectations as a service customer with a warranty issue were minimal. That couldn't have been farther from the truth. From my initial phone call with Haley, to the appointment, to the check-in, to the brand-new Cadillac loaner car, to the expediting my issue because I was not local and hanging out, to forgetting my glasses in the car and having Haley mail them, I left there with nothing other than a big smile and a feeling that someone really cared. Haley had just risen to the top of my A-list on good, quality people! My second issue was dealt with by a gentleman by the name of Shaun. Initially I was concerned that I didn't get Haley again, making the foolish assumption that the service I received was an individual by individual basis and didn't reflect the overall attitude of the dealership. More specifically the service department. Once again, that couldn't have been farther from the truth. I wouldn't have thought it was possible to provide better customer service than I had received by Haley, but Shaun provided the exact same level of care and concern. I had some VERY special requirements that I'm not going to expound upon here, as I wouldn't want other customers taking advantage of the dealership and requesting/demanding the same thing that they provided for me. But if I just said Shaun went over and above the call of duty? I would be grossly understating the effort he put forth. Even when I had already accepted the initial way that he proposed to deal with the situation for me, in which I was already happy and content, he STILL went even further to see if you could do me an even better deal. Simply being happy and content wasn't good enough for this gentleman, he wanted to make sure I left there ecstatic. When you have two people that are providing this level of customer care, to an individual who never even purchased a vehicle from their dealership, when they were both dealing with a warranty issue in which there wasn't a whole lot of money involved, that's how you know that these people genuinely care. It's not fake and it's not a show. They are trying to explain to you that they want your business for life. And you know what? They have gained it. You can bet your butt that when it comes time to buy a new vehicle, that will be the ones to get my business. And If the service department is in any way indicative of the type service that I will receive in sales, well let's just say I'll look forward to the next time I need a vehicle :) Sent from my iPhone

Has a bad catalytic converter (which I could deal with no big deal) I took it to a trusted mechanic to verify before replacing that cat. Well turns out the internal water pump is bad $3500 fix, the cat is bad $1600 fix, ecm is locked by previous tune, but worst of all the car was flooded and hidden by the dealership. Not to mention this was paid and when the title came threw the mail said I still owe $5000. Luckly it was written in different ink after I signed the paper work and the clerk understood that and said we'll you have the title so I'm assuming it's paid for.

We were a complicated tow, as we needed the camper towed to a hotel and our car to the dealership. Noah was a pleasant young man who did his best to reassure us during the process. We didn't find out until later that night that the hotel we chose was unsafe. We called Chris this morning and he and his daughter came to our rescue once again!
