Check in and out is always smooth and efficient. We typically go to the Aiea office; they're in that office M, W, and F, but I believe Dr. Tada is only there on Fridays. Perfect for our schedule. I first heard of Dr Tada from my CRPS support group. They all raved about his knowledge of CRPS, which is a feat in itself as a rare and poorly understood condition with the worse pain known to man. Most of the doctors I had encountered had never even heard of it, much less able to treat it. The only other doctors I found to have significant knowledge on the condition were the doctors at the pain management center at UCSF. Unfortunately, my insurance changed to a company that didn't have UCSF in network. I tried a few doctors on Oahu, but even those who had knowledge of CRPS proposed solutions that were either debunked or had never been widely used in the case of CRPS. And sadly with CRPS, incorrect treatment often leads to spread or worsening of the condition. Hence the dire need for knowledgeable doctors. Not only is Dr. Tada knowledgeable about CRPS but he has had several years and several patients experience. I have since received more helpful solutions than I ever thought possible. Treatment of CRPS is extremely dependent on a case by case basis. Medications that work for one patient they have an opposite effect in another patient. Some patients can tolerate touch while others can barely tolerate a breeze. In some patients it can go into remission while another patients it can cause lifelong debilitating issues. Unfortunately, I fall into the latter category, but with a Dr. Tada, I am able to have an unbelievable quality of life despite the pain. He doesn't just treat a small part of the condition as most doctors do. He treats the patient as a whole.

They're fine but if you're looking for a holistic doctor, I'd recommend Dr Pritam Tapryal. This would be a 5 star review but it's hard when the western medicinal docs are in the room recommending western options and you constantly have to explain that's not what you want. It makes your whole experience kind of annoying. I prefer him only for now or at least until they've fully embraced holistic medicine. If you are visiting there are several parking stalls for visitors. There is also a parking attendant on duty to let you know where to park as well as security. The lobby has an attendant to make sure you are a legitimate visitor and they take your temp before entry as well. The staff is very attentive and friendly and It seems like all the staff is happy and love being there. They dont just seem like workers fullfilling their duties they seem like family and I sense they genuinely and sincerely care for their guest (patients). The place is well staffed and clean. They also make sure to keep guest busy and entertained with daily events and even live entertainment! Everybody would rather be home but if rehab is required this place is a good alternative for a home away from home. A great place for your loved one to recover surrounded by sincere loving staff and a clean entertaining environment not to mention I heard their food is pretty good too.

The labs are fast and they are great at their job (I have notoriously difficult veins and they always get blood on the first try). We have also been to the urgent care multiple times and I have never experienced such a fast turnaround in my life... we are typically in and out in under an hour. The building always seems to be very clean, receptionists have always been pleasant, and we love the option to check in online ahead of time for urgent care.
