Yesterday I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment for a one hour massage. I've been there for pt many times before. This was the first time for a massage since I had waited a week from our cruise but the pain was just not diminishing. My appointment was at 4:45 pm and I came early to fill out forms. I had the good fortune of having Leland to give the massage. It's been a long while since I had a male massage therapist but it was great. He knew I was in pain and he took me to another treatment room that had a bed that could be lowered for me to get onto. I chose lotion vs none. I left my undies on then was covered with a sheet. He asked what kind of pressure I wanted and he kept checking if it was okay. He knew exactly where to press to find the sore spots right away. I had informed him I had difficulty lifting my right leg and he was very caring and gentle when he needed to move my legs. When I let out an occasional "yeow" he addressed it. Towards the end of the session I asked him to work on my left shoulder. He was terrific and I definitely will request him again. Leland is smiley, very intuitive to a client's pain and knows his job exceedingly well.

A beautiful flower for a beautiful person who just so happens to be the best physical therapist I have had for the past 4 years now.

Lynne Estabilio is a caring, direct, and precious hands therapist that makes you feel like running after every visit. I have been a patient for four years now of Lynne's. I believe she truly has a passion to help others live pain free. Her hands are talented. The atmosphere in the office is calming and the customer service is wonderfully polite and attentive. The receptionist are also welcoming. They even call and remind you of your appointment (I appreciate that) I am just grateful to be able to have such services given to me. I want to say "THANK YOU AGAIN" for taking care of me to Lynne Estabilio. I pray blessings over you and your profession always.

Just wanted to thank my PT Jinky Nisperos for doing an excellent job, getting me back in shape after Surgery. After 9-Sessions, Everything is back to normal. Couldn't have done it alone. Also, the staff is so friendly and caring. Aloha, Derek

I was looking around for a physical therapist/massage therapist that was available to take walk in appointments and luckily this was the 2nd place I called and they took me in the same day. I was experiencing really bad neck pain from sleeping wrong and I really needed the relief. I came in, was prompted with the Covid-19 questionnaire, signed paperwork and had my temperature taken. I was 15mins early and was taken in right on time after paperwork was completed. I had Sean as my massage therapist. He was very straight to the point and got to work on the exactly problem. He knew what to do since he experienced the exact same situation. I had a 60min session with him and it went really well. I wasn't looking for a relaxing massage. I was looking for theraphy to fix my neck so I could get back to work and not have problems doing everyday activities without flinching from pain so the therapy I received was quite painful but I knew that's what I needed. He used trigger point release and active stretching, the theragun, and the fascia scrapping technique. We did alot in one session and I loved it because by the time we finished I was able to look side to side again and the pain was much more less than when I came in. Of course I was going to need multiple sessions to have it relieved completely but I was more than happy with the results under his care. Thank you Sean! I did make another appointment and i HIGHLY recommend this location to everyone. It's clean, professional, they take insurance although i paid with credit card and their staff is friendly.

Originally I had reached out to make an appointment for just my Husband because he has been dealing with a lot of post surgery pain and he was suffering. Last minute I decided to make an appointment for myself because.. why not? She is very responsive through text, and very accommodating. I was willing to wait weeks for her but she squeezed us in just a couple days out. Parking was not an issue! It is street parking but she gives you very detailed directions and it's in a cul-de-sac so it's not complicated or difficult to find at all. I didn't know what to expect. I always feel shame just walking into someone's home (obviously) but her Husband was also there to greet us and I promised you, whatever first time jitters immediately went away. She is Mrs. Aloha.. if you were lucky enough to grow up in Hawai'i. She radiates not only love but also warmth. She's very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I was prepared to wait in the car until my appt time but she welcomed me to relax inside and showed us her gadgets (red light bed & electromagnetic therapy) It was a trip! But the massage itself, I'm not sure how she was able to pull off a 3 hour massage (90 mins for both) but we both got turnt out!! I had so many thing cracking and popping.. muscles that were relieved almost instantly. My Husband who has very little worlds, was completely blown away with how much pain disappeared in less than 2 hours. He has said he would like to go back regularly as soon as he is discharged from the Army. Personally, I don't think she is charging enough for her "gift", but I'm very grateful she keeps it so affordable so everyone has access to this care. I've already recommended her to all my gym friends so they will be reaching out to book soon. :)

I've never seen a massage therapist who incorporated a wide variety of techniques in a single session, so I was excited to try it. At my appointment, Jess asked me some questions and explained her process to me before we got started. Her room was at the perfect temperature and the ambiance was nice, clean and calming. Jess is very personable, professional, and thorough in what she does. You can tell that she's very passionate about her work and takes the time to educate her clients on what they can do at home to further enhance the benefits received by massage. My first session was in December of last year and I went for another one 2-3 weeks after that due to new pain and tightness that I felt in my body. After lifting my mother's wheelchair in and out of my car for 2 years and then pushing a huge…read morerecliner wheelchair outside so she could enjoy some sunshine, my back had taken a toll. My pilates instructor said I had scoliosis (which I never had before) and said I would have to put lifts in my right shoe and place a pillow under my right hip but I felt that wasn't the answer. I went to PT, chiropractor and water therapy, but I knew I needed to strengthen my core and other muscles. My prayers were answered when I met Gregg and started with his package to exercise 3-4 times a week. He started me very slowly and I never experienced any pain. He explained that I needed to strengthen the tiny muscles deep inside first and build my balance and strength. He made working out so much fun and enjoyable. He was like a therapist and a friend who worked me hard enough but not so I would dread going to see him. The session always seemed to fly by because we would laugh a lot and I knew he really cared about me and my progress. He gave advice as to my diet, but never judged me. Previously, I was feeling unstable and my core and legs were weak but I proudly told him about 3 HUGE WINS I had! I lost my balance in the shower and could see myself in slow motion falling out of the tub/shower.... but because i was exercising, i did not fall was able to balance and get upright again. WIN! One day I was going down the stairs (wearing socks) and carrying a glass... suddenly I slipped down a couple of steps but miraculously stopped myself from falling, got my balance back on the step and did not even drop the tray (I saw in slow motion the glass and dishes falling and shattering on the ground. In the past things would slip out of my hand and I could not stop it from crashing to the ground- NOW I am more coordinated and have more grip strength WIN! WIN! My WIN WIN WIN was when I was carrying heavy pavers to the curb in a rush (feeling proud of myself that I could carry these heavy blocks now) when suddenly the front of my slipper flipped under tripping me, Again in slow motion I could see myself falling to the asphalt and skidding on my bare skin.... but as I flew off the curb somehow I ended up with just a tiny scratch on my arm as I looked around to see if anyone witness my miraculous twist. I do need to be more mindful and slow down as I am now 71. But working with Greg, I am feeling much younger again. He is a gem in Mililani Mauka who is more than a trainer. He is a life coach! Thank you Greg! You are the best and you deserve all the awards and accolades you have received. (He is great with dogs too!)

Although I do not have any concerns with pain, I do not want to get to the point where I do the wrong exercises and sustain injuries that'll hurt me in the long run. Even though I work out pretty frequently, I do not feel any pain in my body because Greg teaches me how to do exercises correctly, stretch before and after working out, and also informs me if anything is wrong with my body. Not only that, I have never been so happy with how I look. He also provides diet plans for those in need. Not to mention he gives the best massages. I am currently a student and sometimes my shoulders get a little tense due to being on the computer all the time. The massages make me feel so much better. It is also a perfect way to do self-care for a stressful lifestyle.

If you also want to deal with an incompetent office staff it is also the place for you! I have visited many different speciality offices, and this is the only office with rude office assistants and where I have waited the longest to see nurse practitioners or a doctor. While I understand emergencies happen, this can't be the case every single time. Asking for basic things like forms being filled out or having your records transferred seems to be quite difficult for this staff. Dr. Foley comes highly recommended and he does a great job at listening and building a relationship with his patients, if you get to see him. NP Jessica and Mel are also great, but NP Mel is a lot friendlier. Problem 1: Appointments are never on time; they are anywhere from 30 minutes or longer, our last one being close to an hour after our scheduled time. This has never been the case at any other doctor's office. Normally I am notified by front staff or a nurse periodically checks in with me. Not the case at Dr. Foley's office, they make you wait in the room by yourself with no update of when you will see someone. Did they forget about me? Not sure because again, you can never get an answer out of anyone. Problem 2: I asked NP Mel for my FMLA paperwork to be signed. I requested that they be returned by the end of the week and she said that wouldn't be a problem. Come Thursday, I called the office and asked for an update regarding my paperwork. They didn't have an update and stated someone would call me back. Later that afternoon, an hour or two before they were closing I called because I didn't get a call back. When I followed up with them I was met with, "if they didn't call it's not signed". I was astonished by how rude their staff is. Friday comes along and I have no form sent to me. If they needed longer then I wish this was presented when I originally placed the request and I would have been more understanding. Problem 3: At this point, I called another OB office who said they could have the FMLA form filled out the same day. I am beyond stressed with Foley's office that I no longer felt comfortable going to their clinic. I called to request my medical records be transferred over to my new office and that they send me the copy as well. I was promptly sent the authorization form. I requested that they confirm the form was received, never received confirmation. On Saturday, I wasn't sure if they heard my request for my medical records, so I emailed again asking for them. The following week, I waited until Wednesday to call to see how long my medical records would take. Again, I felt I was met with hostility with the staff. I was told legally they have 30 days to transfer and send me my records. Cool... I have never had an office staff actually take that long. Most places I have been to always send records over within a day or two at the most. Seems like this office is being petty and stalling at sending my records. Maybe I am wrong, but the attitudes of the staff make me think otherwise. If you are willing to wait for long periods of time to see a NP or be treated poorly, then this is clearly the place for you. I get better care at military hospitals than here. Hopefully the office resolves this issue soon, I would love to have my medical records!
