You really could give 2 $hitz if the patient, it's all about $$$. I spoke with the lady about not being able to know what my availability will be past 2 weeks. She still insisted I book them all out because they fill up fast. She also told me to just call and reschedule when I find out about a schedule conflict so we can rebook. Guess what, I did that and the lady told me it's $75. I'm going to finish out my appts somewhere else and continue to tell everyone how bad these guys are with being flexible with your scheduling. Located right across the park as well as the police station StayFit is in the same building with statefarm (a few doors down) Upon entering you required to sign a whole bunch of paperwork even signing papers ahead of time the night before. After having Hip Replacement surgery I went to a PT at the Kapolei location for a few months. Staff were very helpful on scheduling. PT listened to my concerns and my recovery goals. Also modified exercises early on as to my need and ability while healing from surgery. As I grew stronger created exercises that would strengthen and improve balance. read more

StayFit Kapolei provides such excellent care, professionalism, and they are so friendly. One on one care is their motto and they fulfill it. My primary DPT, Rachel M. is absolutely the best! Though sometimes, the exercises, stretches and massages, totally therapeutic hurt I am confident that Rachel cares and is doing what is best to improve or even resolve my issues. One of the issues I came here was for balance. It was getting so bad that I found myself almost falling many times during the day, everyday. I feel safe to say that this issue is 99% resolved. Wow, simply amazing! Joy is another amazing DPT. Her energy and joy are a blessing especially when going through the painful part of the treatment. The therapists chart as they are working with you. This helps to provide more accurate details and continuity of care. The staff here seem to enjoy what they are doing, helping people. And even the front staff are so friendly! after coming here to this place consistantly and being on a fixed schedule, this place said they were gonna call me back in two days and didn't end up calling me back for two weeks causing my personal schedule and appointments to be messed up. After calling to try and schedule appointments they tell me I can't schedule appointments in advance anymore and would have to do same day appointments because of too much of cancellations when both of my appointments land on the same day. When expressing my frustration and telling them what they did wrong on their part, all they could do was read my charts and what they had on record instead of trying to own up and take accountability for their wrongdoings. Now I'd have to work according to their schedule and when their available instead of the opposite. Not going to this place anymore and would rather do PT on my own. read more

Wonderful experience with my first time doing PT. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and accommodating especially with children. They let me have my daughter stay with me while I get my PT done. Justin who's my PT even gets a chair and table for my daughter. He also gets my daughter involved in helping me with my exercises. This was my first experience, going to physical therapy! Dr. Soliven Lansangan is fantastic, he worked with me starting with breathing until I could stand and use weights on my own. He taught me the proper body machines and how to improve my posture. I left Stay Fit Physical Therapy like a brand new person. I am so grateful for all of the necessary tools Dr. Soliven Lansangan provided me, now I am part of a 14-week boot camp where I can use the skills and proper body machines I was taught. StayFit Physical Therapy Kapolei. Friendly staff greeting as you arrive. I had knee surgery and needed some rehab. Went in three weeks after surgery so I was stiff and sore. My physical therapist was Maya. With her knowledge and caring she taught me lots of stretches and excercises. You get one on one sessions with your therapist. This is the perfect environment to "get better"! For the past 14 months I have been at StayFIT PT several times a week due to a work related shoulder injury. The staff is extremely caring, friendly and professional as well as a very clean facility. The first week I could barely raise my arm and difficulty dressing myself. I have had pain in my back off and on for two years and has never done anything about it until my Doctor recommended that I go and be seen at StayFIT Kapolei. I have never been to physical therapy before and was hesitant on going but the atmosphere in this place was welcoming. The clerks were all cheer filled and friendly. Not one moment did I have to wait to get seen even when I was slotted in for a last minute appointment. Jennifer was awesome and she helped me with my posture and showed me exercises to strengthen my neck muscles. Daniel has amazing healing hands as he massaged out the kinks in my neck and shoulder area. The stretches and exercises they both taught me actually accelerated my healing process. I went for 5 visits and actually extended it for 3 more visits as HMSA covered these appointments. I am pain free for over 6 months and still continue to do the exercises they have taught me. My posture has greatly improved as well. I highly recommend StayFIT to all who have chronic pain, just to be seen by professionals. I had bad shoulders from heavy lifting so decided to try PT and somewhere closer to home. They have a great staff and very friendly and knowledgeable. But I just wasn't satisfied. I was advised to do 5 home stretches everyday and on each session. This helped relive the pain but it didn't help me recover fully. I asked about the clicking and cracking on my shoulder and they said it's normal and won't go away. One of the stretches cause me to have wrist pains and I was told I would need another prescription from my doctor from them to check it out. I decided to try finger point therapy from somewhere else and felt like I got a new shoulder. It helped get rid of the clicking and cracking completely. I got more mobility and less pain from one session then PT read more

I called both WorkStar and my adjuster who assured me I can go two different places for massage and physical therapy, prior to me calling StayFit regarding this. The call I received from your staff was within 30 mins of my call to them and the only reason given to me was that because I didn't want to do PT there I couldn't do massage. No options given at all. Shoulder pain was highest after exercising. I postponed going to therapy because others told me I had rotator cup issues & probably needed to have an operation. Thank goodness for Carla & Sean who gave me stretching exercises to do. Although it was 5 time-consuming times per day, it really helped me realize how NOT stretching is worse and definitely affects my mobility/performance in a negative manner. I became a good patient/student & listened to what they recommended. I will continue to do these stretches for the rest of my life as I see a huge difference now. read more

Daniel moved to the Aiea location & switched out with my current therapist Everly. Wouldn't exchange her for anything!! Very funny & easy to talk with. Although I just hate physical therapy overall [because i rather be doing something else], for the hour I do spend with her, it is fun.
