We weren't checked on by the wait staff once the entire meal other than to drop off our food. Our entrees took over an hour to be served even tho the restaurant wasn't busy. We got our rolls and one of them came out raw in the center. The bread that came with our appetizer was stale to a point that was hard to chew, our lobster was overcooked, our crab was undercooked and so was our steak. Our steak which mind you was very expensive was served on a plate that was garnished with nothing but a singular jalapeño and two pieces of pork rind to which you can tell the steak was slid onto the plate because they didn't bother to wipe the plate off. We ordered a medium steak and ended up with something that was rare, maybe, medium rare. To top it all off we spent the night in and out of the bathroom from what we suspect was the crab. Would not recommend, this restaurant was very disappointing, one star.

First off, the queen of the buffet, or any buffet in my opinion, are the lobster tail and snow crab. When you pay, 2 redemption coupons are handed per person; one for a lobster tail and one for 2 snow crab clusters. Although this may seem like it is not much, it really is plenty of food unless the plan is to only eat lobster and snow crab (please refer to attached picture). The pho station is ok and the prime rib was very salty, but other than those two, everything else tasted great. Service is top notch. Our server checked in on us and cleaned up our discarded lobster/crab remains very quickly and frequently. Make sure to tip your servers even at buffets!

The baked potato, however, was surprisingly hard and tasted like something I could easily make at home. Also, my cocktail was very light -- I could barely taste the vodka compared to other spots in town. We sat and visited with the folks at the bar which is always awesome. Not only was that a great time but our bartender Arnie, is also quite awesome. She treats us like family and I'm sure all of her customers feel that way. What really impressed me is that the last time we were there was about a month ago. After greeting us she said "your cabernets will be right up". Now, not every bartender remembers your drink after meeting with a customer only twice before. My mouth dropped. She made us feel like family in each and every way. We had some wonderful conversations as she was bustling around assisting other customers. Many kudos should be given to her as far as her extremely excellent customer service. Arnie, in our book, is "second to none"! Can't wait to go back.
