Now that i live here, on a nice day...i'll wait in line for this specific spot. though i haven't seen much employees here i'm going to say the one that stuck out the most was Khalid, he was going above and beyond for a customer that needed a car jump. though it wasn't his job to help out someone for car problems he jump right into action. good job with your hires!

Spotless rinse didn't work had to use high pressures. Also detergent leaked down the hose from the top of the wash. Huge disappointment was the "dryer". Handle was broken and put together by black electrical tape. Pressure was awful. Made due and with plenty of elbow grease I got a clean car.

Overall my car was due for a deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was when I picked it up. It took approximately 2 hours on a weekend to do my interior. Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

The car wash failed to turn on, and staff refused to give me a refund.The automatic car wash accepted my wash code but would not start. I tried waiting several minutes and backing up and re-entering a few times; the system recognized that a car was in place but wouldn't start. I received limited help from the gas station attendant who was polite but spoke very little English. He handed me a phone to speak to his boss, who said it was impossible to give me a refund and I should come back "sometime when he's there" in person to get my car washed. I left in disgust. It's a shame because this is the only car wash in the area.
