We have since learned that several things weren't done at all and other things were done improperly. Robert only agreed to come out and seal some areas of the roof which would only be putting a bandaid on a bigger problem. Oh and wants to charge us for replacing decking and raising the area that sags. The only reason he came out to even look was because of this review. We had been trying to get him out here since Oct of last year. All the while our house gets further damaged.
