After going back through all invoices, here's what happened: * Visit 1: $225 for a "drain line fix" that was never needed or actually fixed. The drain line is still set up exactly the same as when we moved in and has worked perfectly fine. We were even told to call a plumber, and the plumber confirmed there was no issue. * Same visit: $287 to replace a dryer belt (part #WE03X29897), which is a ~$10 part and a relatively quick repair. * Visit 2: After about an hour of diagnosing, the technician blew off a sensor and the washer immediately started working again. * Visit 3: After the washer was already functioning, we were then advised to replace the suspension rods ($155). Total paid was around $660. The main issue isn't just the price which is absurd for about 60-70 dollars worth of parts--it's that the problem wasn't correctly diagnosed from the start, and we were charged across multiple visits before arriving at a solution. There was also a repair performed that did not appear necessary. Being publicly called a liar instead of being asked for clarification was unprofessional, Rick. I also contacted the main office after these visits, and the pricing breakdown I shared previously came directly from them. Sharing this so others can ask more detailed questions upfront about diagnosis, pricing, and necessity of repairs.

Dryer vent: I inquired about cleaning an internal vent line and was advised to schedule a visit. After the technician arrived, he explained that internal vent access is not part of their work, so nothing could be done during the appointment. Refrigerator water quality: I asked whether water quality concerns in a one-year-old refrigerator were more likely appliance-related or plumbing-related, and was advised to schedule a technician visit. After evaluating the situation, the technician recommended addressing plumbing first. The technician was professional and informative. My experience relates to office communication and clarity about service limitations, which would have helped avoid an unnecessary appointment.

Because they more often are taking time off or leaving in the middle of the day. The amount of complaints about not having working AC in the store (outside of managements offices) is inhumane. Every poor decision made by this company falls on the people who work there first, but god forbid you try to leave, work somewhere else, or grow in your position. There is so much favoritism that I dont expect new or better management until the current ones are too old to work anymore, clinging on for dear life to money they don't need while screwing everyone else over. What a waste of jobs that actual hard working people need. Such a disgrace.
