The transition from staying at home with a nanny to starting daycare was incredibly easy. Unlike her older brother, who attended a different daycare and had a much harder adjustment, she never cried and was excited to go every morning. The location is wonderful, close to both the library and the park, and the kids go on outings to one of the two almost every day. She napped well, ate well, and always seemed happy when we picked her up. Lidiana prepares healthy meals for the kids every day, and we really appreciated the care that went into making sure they were well-fed. One thing that surprised us was how clean she usually came home. She often wore the same clothes she arrived in, and we rarely needed to bring extra clothing. We believe they help wash and manage the kids' clothes. They were also incredibly supportive during potty training. Just one week after switching to underwear, she was already having very few accidents. The teachers are kind, attentive, and genuinely seem to love spending time with the children. Every time we picked her up, she was in a great mood and clearly felt comfortable and happy there. We highly recommend Rain or Shine. Out of the 7 daycares we've visited and the 2 daycares our son has attended, this has been by far the best experience we've had.

From the beginning, Cindy was fast and communicative. The Daycare was small but it was very clean. No shoes inside, they provide all of the meals, they were understanding of my child's allergies, and most of all, Cindy made my daughter smile so much on her first day! Because it was short term, we paid a daily rate and felt the rate was very fair. Highly recommend this place! We feel great about having a flexible childcare option that is relatively close to us! Quick tip: You can block their drive way for pick up and drop offs. We only had to supply sheets and a blanket for her nap and water bottle. That's it!

Sending our first child to daycare was not an easy decision for us, as our families are used to helping each other out in babysitting and not sending our babies and toddlers to daycare, but it truly ended up being one of the best decisions we made for our daughter at an early age. Noticing her social skills and eagerness to interact with other kids both at daycare and in social settings has become very rewarding. Cindy has the character of someone who truly cares about the development and growth of children. I can recognize these habits she instills in her daycare, easily by observing her and the children when I picked up my daughter after work and simply talking to her for just 5-10min with updates on both my own daughter and the other kids she takes care of. Cindy was also so accommodating in adding extra days in we would need for babysitting, even in such short notice. She sent pictures every so often, and provided us with the daily routine of what our daughter did/learned on the days she attended. We appreciated her outdoor space for our daughter to get some sunlight and play, the friends that she made there, the year-round holiday activities she would prepare for the kids, and the bilingual dialogue that Cindy would use to expose the kids to more than just English. We are currently expecting our second child, and we would easily choose Cindy to be part of our lives again in babysitting and caring for our children when needed.

Joanne is professional and kind-- my son is always very excited to see her every morning during drop off and has a happy demeanor when we pick him up. Joanne speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin so it's a big plus for us that my son gets additional Chinese language exposure. We get very cute daily photo updates and a recap of his schedule (naps, diaper changes, milk consumed, etc.) which is super helpful in the transition to the evening. Joanne maintains a very clean and tidy space in her spacious home and has a large, newly updated outdoor backyard. Joanne has a wealth of experience working with babies/pre-k kids, communicates well and is very responsive. We're thankful we found Sweet Kids Care and have our son in Joanne's care.

Our son was a pandemic baby and was shy and reserved outside of our nuclear family, so we finally bit the bullet and started daycare here and it worked wonders. They are very nurturing and make your children feel like one of the family. They taught our child how to express himself and he learned all kinds of songs and lessons. They also helped some of the children potty train, along with reinforcement at home, so the transition goes smoothly. They feed your child breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack. The meals are healthy and delicious. But be warned, our child started requesting "Miguel's lentils" at home and we didn't have the recipe! Their home is air conditioned to keep your child cool in the summer and heater to keep them warm in the winter. I would highly recommend this place for your daycare needs.

The space is beautiful, with high-quality wooden toys and a fantastic outdoor area where the kids spend a lot of time--even in colder weather, which we really appreciate. Encouraging outdoor play in all seasons is so important, and this daycare really prioritizes it. The food is another standout feature: they serve homemade, mostly organic meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with healthy snacks. The space is bright, clean, happy with a lot of fun, educational toys. Every week, we are sent the weekly menu of nutritious, truly healthy meals that are offered to the kids. The nutritious meals are such a big help for us, because we don't need to worry about making sure he has enough vegetables and protein during weekdays at home, which take a big load off our plates. The outdoor play area are nice and all play structures/ toys are new. My child is happy and thriving. Ms Natalia and Elisa are so wonderful, sweet, and capable. I feel completely at peace when my child is in their hands. I can't recommend IntellectOne enough!

During this process, TingLin's communication was transparent, and her willingness to listen and collaborate eased any anxieties we had. Our daughter also started potty training about half a year ago, and TingLin was so open, knowledgeable and understanding about the entire process which we appreciate so much. It's heartwarming to see our daughter come home singing Mandarin songs and expressing herself in both English and Mandarin. TingLin would post pictures and videos on Brightwheel daily, so we know what she is up to. I often see her playing at the local park, collecting fall leaves and acorns, and working on art projects. They even grew their own butterflies! They recently carved pumpkins and used the pumpkin as a vase for beautiful flower arrangements. Every day, our little one enjoys a well-balanced meal that includes a variety of proteins (fish, chicken, beef, lamb, shrimp), healthy carbs (rice/noodles), and a colorful assortment of vegetables. Throughout the year, we've had the pleasure of participating in vibrant holiday celebrations, including Chinese Lunar New Year, Moon Festival, and Duanwu Jie. Our daughter has made xiao long bao, dumplings, zongzi, and baozi--all from scratch! We recently had a Thanksgiving feast prepared by TingLin with all the families and children, and we feel so grateful to be able to be a part of this wonderful community. She was so helpful taking care of our baby at night and during the day she always took initiative to clean/wash the baby and help the baby with positioning/movements to help with gas movement since our baby was very gassy. In addition, she was great with our toddler who loved to follow her around to see what she was up to throughout the day. Throughout our time with her, Jian Ayi was extremely professional, provided advice but was never pushy, and was easy to get along with even with my limited Chinese language skills and my husband not speaking Chinese. The owner of the school is one of the most caring, empathetic, and thoughtful people I've ever met. She's down-to-earth, sharp, and genuinely kind hearted. She's always thinking about what can be upgraded at the school even when there aren't complaints. For example, she noticed that tanbark/wood chips were always getting everywhere and when everybody came in on Monday, the entire playground had been upgraded, replacing the wood chips with a beautiful artificial grass. Another example is that she ordered adorable caps and gowns, and little diplomas for a graduation ceremony. On Mother's Day, she organized ad beautiful arrangement of homemade quiches and other treats (some nicely tied up in cute packages with pink ribbon), so that all of the moms would feel special (she did something similar for the dads too!). This is not a place where they just care about making money. This is not a place where they'll act differently once you leave. This is a place you can trust, where you know your child will be well taken care of.

Our son loves going to school and is always happy to see his classmates and teachers. I really love seeing all of the activities and photos that we are sent on their Procare app daily, and appreciate the effort that Mr. Jeff and Ms. Stefany, as well as all of the other staff, put into caring for the kids everyday. Our son comes home singing new nursery rhymes every other day, and has also picked up new Chinese vocabulary from school, which is exactly what we had hoped for.

They truly care about every child, and it shows! Most, if not all the teachers know the kids by name and are always so friendly. She's now 2.5 and loves "school". She comes home with the cutest artwork, and I love the monthly calendar that lets me know what they're learning each day. The teachers are always attentive and communicate so well, whether it's about her nap, meals, or how she did that day. Their flexible hours are also a huge help with my work schedule. My only tiny wish is to get photo updates during the day but when we meet with the teachers, they always have so many pictures from throughout the months, and I love getting to see those moments. It's really sweet to look back on everything they do. And honestly, I appreciate that the teachers stay hands-on and focused on the kids. I recommend this daycare to everyone!

I was INCREDIBLY nervous picking a preschool and toured countless schools but I was immediately put at ease at BK. The teachers and staff are so responsive, flexible, and caring. The curriculum is well structured. I received so many updates on the app throughout the day. The performing arts component was well taught and a huge plus for my music loving kids. They were so happy and well taken cared for there. They ate and napped well there but not at home! I'm going to miss this school and so appreciative for being such a great second home to my kids during a critical part of their lives! We also made great friends through their frequent family events. I appreciate the schedule option of 3 days a week and the early drop off and late pick up times which is so helpful for working families. It is wonderful that lunch and snacks are provided which is not always the case in other preschools.
