After my 4th call (in November) and a directed email, I was finally emailed back stating that they were no longer servicing our town and claiming that they had returned our call and left a message. I do not suffer dimensia, nor am I an avid drug user, and I have no memory of them ever calling me back so pretty sure that was all fabricated. Furthermore, wouldn't the fact that I made several calls suggest that I had never gotten that message, if it were actually real? It's terrible to make a business decision that impacts your customers but never send them an update on what is going on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, or you may be the next person who gets dropped without notice.

highly reliable. knowledgeable. gets the job done... and then some…read more just bought a house, and the lawn was torn up for the septic. sprinkler lines were cut. attempted to call the installer and never received a call back. nothing. so, i call the sprinkler guy, and low and behold, he called back that very evening (like he promised). he visited, gave us the low down on what he needed to do- gave us a great price and scheduled us right away. we're still waiting on a call back from installer, and our system is not only fixed - but, rich, the sprinkler guy also walked us through how to use it! he showed us things that we'd never have figured out, and gave us valuable tips on maintenance, and how to get our lawn back on track. on top of all of this good stuff, he's going to close our system at the end of the season for a fraction of the price that the previous owners were paying the original installer. i can't recommend the sprinkler guy enough. just a really good guy, who knows his job very well and has reasonable prices- a dying breed, i'd say. thanks rich! we look forward to seeing you again in the fall! go with this guy. you'll be glad you did.

This means you have to turn off the water and now you can't even use a hose outside until they can get there. They are not responsive and act like they're doing you a favor taking your money. Better to go with a merchant more reliable and responsive to customers Someone who cares about your business, because clearly Pacific doesn't care about anything but your money.

We only asked to be reimbursed for the deductible on our homeowners policy, to which the owner refused to take responsibility and accused us of turning the system on and letting it freeze. We had to put our rental property on the market, but our landscape and perimeter of the house was a…read moredisaster. I interviewed a few landscapers and settled on Artistic Bamboo. I told Ken what I wanted and he said he could turn our property into the envy of the neighborhood. I was skeptical at first. I needed flowers and shrubs. The side and rear of the house were just ugly dirt and gravel. I wanted a side patio of pavers and rear walkway to cover up the dirt and gravel on the sides of the house. A walkway from the rear walkway to the rear deck. There was a shed with a cement walkway that had to be removed. This was no small task. They tore down the shed and cement walkway and cleared out and leveled out the rear yard. They had to remove over 20 yards of dirt and rocks. They had to move a small tree from the middle of the yard to the corner. They planted new flowers and shrubs with existing ones put down new sod . Then install all the hardscape. It was quite a task. When it finally was finished I couldn't believe it was the same property. Now when buyers come to see the house the first thing they look at is the beautiful new yard.
