Unprofessional tone, calling mid-move to give me updates even though the guys were already there doing the job, and my favorite part was that she tried charging me for 3 men (when I only asked for 2) but 3 showed up. That's not my problem you don't know how to properly delegate work. You either have 3 work for the price of 2, or figure it out before you come but don't call the customer and try telling me I have to pay for 3 when the contract clearly says 2, and then don't get belligerent with me because I'm annoyed you're wasting my time because you screwed up. Lupe also charged me for 4hrs and was adimant I pay for 4hrs (when it was a 3hr minimum) and then didn't even put a refund through.
