I should have stopped them after the owner told me to go inside and they will let me know when they were done. You never tell someone that's paying you $500 dollars to take your time and do a professional job to go inside. I should have told him to get the F off of my property and hired someone else. I would have been better off hiring men from Home Depot. Totally unprofessional, rushed the job, ruined a couple of plants and didn't give a shit how it looked, even after I showed the owner the damaged plants and all the broken branches only to find more as the branches dried out in the weeks to come. He tells me the plants are delicate, but yet they didn't treat them that way. I will never hire this unprofessional company again and recommend that you don't hire them either. They have plenty of help to do a good job, but refuse to do so. This was a total rip off job to the tune of $500. I'm so sorry I hired this clown to do this job, every time I look at what they did it makes me sick and pissed that I didn't throw them off my property and paid them nothing. I've waited weeks to write this review, in hopes that the job would look better, but it doesn't. Thanks a lot, KAY GREEN LANDSCAPING FOR DOING A SHITTY JOB AND TELLING ME TO GO INSIDE. I live in a townhouse community, and they were very respectful of the shared space. They did an excellent job cleaning up the carport area they used for their equipment and materials. We ran into a few unexpected issues during the project, but Young was always upfront about what was happening and communicated his solutions clearly. His recommendations were thoughtful and turned out great. I would definitely use Kay Green again for any future landscaping projects and will happily recommend them to family and friends!

His elegant hardscaping solution for the pool transition zones exceeded my expectations and tied the yard together perfectly. - The grading and drainage were very well done. Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. We hired Leticia to pour a large stamped patio. When completed the Far East half of the stamping was barely there due to the concrete setting up. When she saw the job she knew it was done poorly but refused to correct it. She did offer to saw cut the area which would not look correct or tie in with the other section. When I requested that she complete the job per our contract she refused and later I received a notice of a lien from star concrete because she never paid her contractor. Because of this I had to pay them 2368Since I have filed a claim with the state contracts board. Currently under investigation. Now we have to get the concrete removed and repoured to look right. A simple job that just wasn't managed well and held no accountability. Very disappointed considering the history of this company and the reviews I saw before hiring her. Be very careful.

The crew was professional, paid attention to the details, and did a very good job with the cleanup afterward. The pricing was also a major plus. We received a quote from Black Diamond that was more than 50% higher. Black Diamond certainly does a lot more marketing, but we didn't see any difference in the proposed work to justify paying that much more. The pavers and borders came out great, and the finished work has made a noticeable difference to the front of our house. If you're getting quotes for a paver project, I'd definitely recommend getting a quote from them. Good quality work, reasonable pricing, finished ahead of schedule, and no mess left behind.

After a recent rain we can confirm the water is flowing away from the house and the broom finish and joint lines turned out nicely. Hired Joe's Concrete to replace a section of concrete with something thicker and reinforced…read more Pricing was very reasonable. Good communication, he showed up early and got it all done in one day. I didn't realize how out of level the existing slab was but he was able to accommodate and the section he poured was perfectly level. I did however end up renting a scarifier to bring down some parts 3/4" and grinding that smooth. In hindsight, I should have had Joe and his crew initially work it down like that from the start. But I guess in the moment it was too rushed to figure out the ideal compromise. The concrete delivery truck did come up short. He had to go and get bags to hand mix. That wasn't ideal since I was going off a spec sheet that said no hand mix. Overall it was an enjoyable little project and Joe and his crew did an excellent job. Can't wait to put the slab to use!
