Edwin did an awesome with the process of buying OUR 1st home. Our schedules conflicted quite a bit with me working long late hours and my husband working Saturday's. We were referred to one of their workshops by a friend who had just purchased a home with their help. Their workshop was extremely helpful, especially if you are a person that is looking to purchase for the first time. Their workshop brought a lot of clarity about the home-buying process and what made me feel the most comfortable was that they met you at whatever stage of the process you were without pressuring you into beginning the house-hunting process before you were ready. We did an initial assessment of where we were and decided to wait a few months before actively searching for a home. They would check in with us periodically with us without being pushy about it (which we really appreciated). When we began to actively look for a home, they were extremely responsive to scheduling open house visits and had very clear criteria to help us decipher between the homes we liked and the ones we liked enough to submit an offer. This portion was important as sometimes looking at so many homes can lead to all of them blending together. When we identified the home that was our DREAM home, we couldn't have asked for a better team to represent us during the bidding and counterbidding process! It was an extremely competitive and quick process and I know they both played such a key role in us getting our home! This experience was a complete nightmare from day one. From getting the run around to loosing 10k to not getting your phone calls answered. This is just some of the unprofessional service we recieved along with many headaches, and alot of uncertainty with the whole purchase process. We started this process in february and we are 7 months into the whole thing and still didnt get nowhere. My husband and I are in disbelief and still can't accept the fact that we wasted so much time and invested so much money for nothing. We are very hurt and emotional due to the fact that from us getting the run around now we are loosing our apartment and have nowhere to go. All we got was a "sorry for failing you" thats it to you???
